Genesis 37:1-14
This week we look at Joseph’s Two Dreams and how they are related to the Hebrew Calendar. The first Dream is Agricultural as is the Hebrew Harvest oriented Calendar. The second Dream is related to the Sun, Moon and Stars which are also related to the Hebrew Calendar.
We also look at how the status of Firstborn is contested and how we are also in that place of contention if we are members of the Church (Congregation) of the firstborn.
This Parsha study was recorded while four men were gathered around the kitchen table. It just so happens that we were all the firstborn sons of our Fathers! So how appropriate for the discussion!
