Through my Articles and Blog I have informed many regarding the regathering of the 10 lost tribes of the house of Israel via judgement.

But the reason that God is gathering Israel is so that they can be
 a light unto the nations.

Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation:
for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.
הקשׁיבו אלי עמי ולאומי אלי האזינו
כי תורה מאתי תצא ומשׁפטי לאור עמים ארגיע׃

Isaiah 51:4

The Light is the Torah according to Yeshua HaMashiach.

Weekly Torah Portion (Parsha)

The 5 books of the Torah (Law) are actually the first 5 books of the bible (Hebrew name in Brackets).

  1. Genesis (B’reisheet)
  2. Exodus (Shemot)
  3. Leviticus (Vayikra)
  4. Numbers (Bamidbar)
  5. Deuteronomy (Devarim)

These 5 books are divided into a number of sections called torah ‘portions‘. In Hebrew if we want to say a ‘portion‘ we say ‘Parsha‘ while ‘Portions‘ is ‘Parashot‘. Each Parsha (portion) is made up of 4 or 5 chapters. Each Parsha (Torah portion) is given a name, usually from a Hebrew word in the first sentance of that portion. A new Parsha is read each week through the year. The table below lists these Parashot (Portions).

Parsha name (blue means there is an mp3 commentary podcast from 10losttribes.com Parsha).

The numbers refer to the book’s Chapter & Verse range for that Torah Portion.
(Chapter & Verse numbers in Christian bible in brackets where different to Hebrew Bible).

The Torah cycle begins at Genesis after the feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot), which is usually late September each year. The exact date on the Gregorian calendar will vary each year because the Hebrew calendar months and days and dates are calculated differently. Each Hebrew month for example begins when the first sliver of the new moon appears. A full moon is always the middle of a Hebrew month. The Gregorian calendar does not follow the moon.

Here is a list of the weekly Torah Portions for the year starting from Genesis…
