Preamble

In Germany there is a very nice sign post on the entrance to towns or buildings, it says “Herzlich Willkommen“, which is usually translated ‘Welcome“. But it means more than that, it could be better translated as a “Warm Welcome”, but it could be more correctly translated “Hearty Welcome“, the sort of welcome we would like to get from family and even more so from the Lord who is the King of Love. Sadly warm hearts can cool. The sign post can be just words, a shadow of it’s intent, the warm welcome is gone and is replaced by the ‘deadness of the letter‘. Same town, same building, same heart, but no fire, it’s cold and the lights are out. So it can be with our walk with the Lord, our hearts can grow cold, even as we go about reading our bibles and doing what it says, at least outwardly. Hearts are not Brains, they process differently, they are about our affections, our loves and hates, what galvanizes us and drives us forward for good or for evil.

Much of ‘Churchianity‘ in America and elsewhere in the west has become formulaic, running to a program, and this is due to the deadening effect of sin and a distracted carelessness and an increasing infidelity in our hearts. We honour God with our lips but our hearts are far from Him. The same process occurs with those that say they are ‘Torah Observant‘, what was once a fire, lit by true devotion to Yeshua, becomes a duty and an outward thing. This deadening process can happen very gradually.

Prayer and Worship are part of the expression of the heart. If that dies down then all we have is religion. Hearts like the altar need to be in the place of sacrifice to function properly, they are about communion.

This article concerns false religion and the dragons behind it. But more centrally I am writing about the heart, and the love that should be blazing there. We can call ourselves ‘Torah Observant‘ followers of Yeshua but in reality we can be dead inside and we can have unknown idols and demons lurking in the shadows of religious duty. We are at war. I want to stoke your heart to love and good deeds, not as a duty but through a deep communion, a true abiding in the vine, Yeshua. We are grafted into Him, not into stone tablets that represent and point to Him. Let’s stay with Him. The stone tablets point to the one that walked in the garden and called to Adam who was hiding. Paul obeyed God’s commandments, he was ‘Torah Observant‘, but his aim was not Torah which was merely the sign post pointing to the Messiah himself. Paul’s goal was Yeshua the Messiah, because that is what Torah is, it is a sign post pointing to a “Hearty Welcome” to the Son of God and to union with Him by faith. Yeshua connects us to the Father. As a child I always wondered who would be my Father when I grow up. Strange to many, but I knew that I needed a leader that would love me as a Father loves His son. Thankfully I found Yeshua, but it has been a battle to keep my heart in the war-zone of this evil age. God’s word guides us to Yeshua. The Holy Spirit should lead us and fill us. But hearts can be dulled by sin.

True ‘Torah obedience‘ should be the fruit of a life that is in Messiah, but it is not the goal. The goal is oneness with Yeshua and the Father, what Yeshua prayed in John 17. Yeshua is יהוה, the son, the very one that appeared to Moses on the Mountain. Righteousness comes through ‘faith‘ in Yeshua, the ‘living Torah‘, not by the ‘law‘. The law is good and we should obey the one we love as I will explain later, but it is not the goal. Paul already knew Yeshua, but he talked about losingall things‘ to ‘winMessiah. I wonder if many of those that call themselves Apostles and go around in personal jets would say the same thing. Paul said it like this…

Philippians 3:8-11
8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

Do we have a devoted heart? Do we live in vital union with the Messiah who is YHVH, יהוה? How is our prayer life? Do we have a sense of dependence? Or are our bellies as full as our bank accounts? And what about true heartfelt worship? If we are ‘Torah observant‘, do we have a heart like David who panted and thirsted for God? Read Psalm 42 and do a self check!

This article is for the heart. It’s for the heart that wants to know the Messiah by experiencing His real presence, His heart and His life, in our life and heart. It’s a ‘living thing‘. But it comes at the cost of ourselves and our life! Baptism is not just a symbol of death to self, it should be a reality. Are we dead enough to experience Yeshua’s life?

Much of our religious experience in the west is a ‘dead thing‘ because we have not died.

We have an enemy of our soul, he wants to break our hearts and harden them through sin and the deadness of the letter. Let’s stoke the fire on the altar of our heart! We want a “hearty welcome“, every day.

Our Circumstances

I have not written any articles since the Autumn/Fall feasts last year in 2025. In the intervening time I have moved to another property and have spent a great deal of the time looking after my wife as she almost died 3 or 4 times. We have been in a deep spiritual battle and have seen a tremendous deliverance concerning her health. We have seen a lot of miracles. Nevertheless the entire ordeal has taken it’s toll on me emotionally and I feel quite ‘shattered‘. We have been quite impoverished and at the end of it all I feel quite lost as to our future but glad for God’s mercies concerning my wife’s health. I may put an article together on what happened with her, I have just put out a video.

On top of this, we are facing the prospect of getting a new 5 year Visa for my wife, who is German, if we stay here in Australia. Money is an issue and it may be difficult this time to extend the Visa because she did not have health insurance the entire stay here which was a condition of her visa. We could go to New Zealand because I am not an Australian citizen, but a New Zealander living in Australia for over 20 years. There is a possibility that we go to Europe, but the future is extremely uncertain and dangerous there, especially for me. The beast system is being set up, especially in the more godless places of the world. It’s the worst possible scenario. So it has been a crushing year in many respects but we are alive, yet the future is quite uncertain. We are in the Lord’s hands.

This Article

This article began as a presentation on my YouTube site @10losttribes.

See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-eoPvr8Td0

I was quite down at the time I recorded the video so sorry about that, and sorry about the ‘ums’ & ‘ers’ along the way.

This article is more the size of a little book. I realize that most don’t have the time, but for those that do I hope it is a blessing. This topic is important I suspect for believers, whether they call themselves Messianic or not.

I have edited and adapted it from the video for my blog article here and added significantly more explanation and expanded it’s scope compared to the more narrowly focused video.

In this article we are looking at our relationship with the Lord from a ‘spiritual soldiers’ perspective. We are looking at the ‘altar of the heart‘ and what is going on within it. There is a little bit of repetition of ideas. We look at where our heart is when we judge others. We contrast the spirit of the Messiah with the ‘religious spirit‘ and how that relates to the two trees in the garden of Eden. We compare the fruit of the two trees.

We examine the nature of our battle down here in terms of ‘spiritual warfare‘. If we are no threat to the Enemy, Satan leaves us alone. Satan doesn’t mind religious people, but he doesn’t like Spirit filled people that know the Lord and His Word. So Satan leaves alone those who merely have a dry, bookish faith, or an emotional singsong experience without any depth.

We need to live our life from the throne of God and fight from that place of victory. If you have not experienced a real confrontation with Satan, then what I am saying will just be a whole lot of words.

There is much that is called ‘Torah Observant’ that is not obedience at all but merely religion and the ‘deadness of the letter‘. The letter kills. This is no fault of the Torah but it is the fault of the hearers of the Law that fail to truly fear God or often case, even know Him! The Law is not meant to puff us up, but to inform us and show us right from wrong. A humble bride will listen and stay humble. A proud whore will be puffed up with knowledge. Same Torah but different heart and different result. What happens to us when we understand truth depends upon what is in our heart and who we truly are. The word is a mirror.

Another thing is that Satan only goes after the followers of Yeshua, he doesn’t go after the tares, he only goes after the wheat to sift them. If we truly follow Yeshua and keep His commandments then we will be a target. If we are just playing religion then we could become self absorbed with knowledge of stuff but lose focus on Yeshua and neglect drawing closer to Him. We could become self satisfied and verily we will have received our reward. No threat to the Enemy. If we begin to look down on others and judge them, including other believers and don’t have a heart for people or the Kingdom then we could actually become an asset to the Enemy, Satan.

We have to guard our heart. Keep humble, love the Lord, pray for others, love people. I know it’s hard in this increasingly hard hearted generation! We know that in the end times, the love of many will grow cold. We need to keep our hearts warm by the fire through a devoted prayer life and a sacrificial attitude towards God and man. King David’s heart was on fire for the Lord. He was a worshiper. A true worshiper will be a true warrior. That’s what we all need to be if we are to make it through. Yeshua is returning for those that love Him.

I mention my current view of the possible timeline we could be on towards the end of this article because the world is increasingly unstable and accelerating towards the climax of the ages. We need to get our hearts right before the Lord as judgement is already at the door and we could be entering the Tribulation shortly, even possibly this September on the Feast of Trumpets, September 11, 25 years after the trade towers fell so it’s an interesting date. We may need to call 911 to our Father in Heaven. The timing of course is still just speculation on my part, but as I say here, ‘the clock is ticking‘. I think COVID-19 was the beginning of the dictatorship of the New World Order elites. Yeshua allowed us to get a taste of dictatorship to help wake us up and prepare our hearts. Most have fallen back to sleep because they trust Trump. Trump is rushing through in the AI technology of the Beast System as quick as he can. War in the middle east is preparing the scene for more death, scarcity and a false peace that I wrote about last year in ‘Timeline to Tribulation & Kingdom: Part 2 – The Abraham Accords‘.

Let’s Begin

Introduction

We need to ‘spiritually fight’ if we are truly ‘spiritually alive’ because we have a real enemy, the Accuser, Satan. We should not be satisfied with ‘dead religion’. The Good Shepherd is ‘lowly of heart‘, Matthew 11:29. He is the Word, the ‘Torah‘ made flesh, John 1:1. We need to guard our heart. Now the following is the essence of this article…

A condescending and pridefulreligious spirit‘ is not ‘Torah obedience‘. This heart attitude is the essence of wickedness. It is not the Spirit of Messiah but is of the ‘spirit of Jezebel‘, the ‘whore of Babylon‘ and Satan himself.

We need to rend our hearts and not our garments. In this article we will examine the altar, the heart and the sacrifice that the Lord desires there. We have been at war since the Garden of Eden and ever before then! Do we have a close walk with the Lord? Are we humble? If not then we need to ‘get real‘ and we need to get real ‘real quick‘. The ‘clock is ticking’ and we should know that the time we are in is rapidly moving towards the events of the ‘four horseman of the Apocalypse’, the sealing of the 144,000, the 2nd Exodus , the resurrection and the 2nd coming of Yeshua.

I always wondered why we had to have a Tribulation in the first place. But now I realize that without a great shaking many do not repent, and many in the Church do not wake up.

During this time of trial we need to keep looking to Yeshua as the storm grows all around us. We need to be like the disciples on the boat who called out to the Lord and were saved. We need to be like Peter who walked on water. Faith is tested. Things are already shaking.

We already appear to be in the period of time referred to by Yeshua as “wars & rumours of wars”. If that is not apparent to some now, then it may be apparent a little later to more folk. Persecution is coming. Sadly much of it will come from within what is called the Church and the Messianic / Hebrew Roots Movement, John 16:2. Religion kills. This is why I think this article is important.

Over the past 20 or 30 years there has been a move of the Spirit of the Lord amongst the 10 lost tribes and others, waking believers up to the Torah, Sabbath and Feasts and so on. It’s all God’s Word and it is all about Yeshua, and it’s all about us, it’s all about the ‘Israel of God’ and it’s all about the Gentiles called by His name. This is all about our identity. The Lord has been beginning the process of awakening all of Israel.

However during this same time there has also been many that have initially turned to ‘Torah‘ only to turn away from the faith towards either Judaism, legalism, or some other apostasy or abandoning of any biblical faith at all. It is not the fault of the Torah or Sabbath or the Feasts etc. The Sabbath is just a day, the ‘Lord’s day’ in fact. But the Sabbath didn’t sin. The Sabbath and Feasts are shadows that all point to Yeshua & His Bride and the process of redemption through time.

Colossians 2:16-17 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but <δε BUT/AND> the body is <no ‘is’> of Christ.

The translators of the KJV were less than honest when they translated these verses awkwardly and translated the conjunction ‘δε‘ as ‘but’ instead of ‘and’. The text should read

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come and the body of Christ.”

The Greek clearly tells us that the ‘holyday‘ and ‘sabbath days‘ are a ‘shadow of things to come and the body of Christ‘. Thus this passage endorses the feasts (‘holydays‘) and sabbath days as ‘shadows of things to come‘ for the Messiah and His body, the ‘church’.

You could argue that the antagonism that many in the church have for the Torah can be understood in the sense that believers don’t want to be ‘under the law‘. They see legalism as a menace, which it is. However the deliberate obfuscation of what the passage above actually is saying doesn’t help anyone.

If you were going to send your son to die to save people and you had a date in mind for it to happen, and you wanted them to be aware of that date, you would write it down. Well that’s what the Lord did with Passover. And all of the feast dates are related to His plan of redemption. The Torah is pointing to Yeshua. Why would the church want to remove the Torah feasts that point to the very one that saved them? Not only that but the feasts in the Torah point to the appointed times when the Bride would meet the groom.

As more and more gentiles got saved, and the apostles died off and those that knew them, the church began to lose it’s understanding of the foundations of the faith that were based on the Torah. A distinct animosity developed towards it and the sabbath and feasts and so on. Add to this the battles between the church and Judaism and the adoption of more and more paganism along with the desire to get along with Rome and it becomes clear why the Sabbath and feasts had to go. Then came the councils of Laodicea and Nicea that drove the knife in to formalize the separation of the Roman church from these so called Jewish practices.

So the Romanized (Paganized) church has tried to divorce both Israel and the Law of God from the New Covenant, the very New Covenant that states that the Lord would ‘write the Torah upon the Heart‘, Jeremiah 31:31-33. So, if we keep the feasts, the holy days of the Lord, we should not be judged by those that don’t keep them because they are a ‘shadow of things to come and the body of Christ’.

Of the 10 commandments, the Sabbath is the only commandment about time. And the Sabbath is the only commandment that the Lord says is a sign between Him and Israel. The Sabbath is a sign as to who Israel is. Israel keeps the Sabbath. The Lord does not say that about the gentile nations. The Sabbath identifies God’s people.

The Sabbath is not just about identifying the Lord’s people, it is also about when He will meet them. If the Bride would like to know when the Groom returns, then that is a question of time. Prophecy helps us to understand what is coming before it happens. And if we want to understand prophecy, which is about time, then we need to understand the Lord’s clock, his calendar and appointed times.

Without an understanding of the sabbath, feasts and Jubilees etc, the only commandments about time, the church has lost a powerful template for understanding prophecy and the ‘end times‘. This should be important to the Bride that should be awaiting her Groom, Yeshua. And sadly this is another place of weakness amongst believers, and gentile believers in particular, they don’t understand prophecy and the end of the book because they don’t understand the beginning of the book including Torah. They get personal salvation and holiness and spiritual gifts but they don’t get prophecy! The Torah doesn’t save but it does point to the Saviour. It contains shadows of things to come, but the essence is Yeshua Himself and the New Covenant in His Blood. We are waiting for Yeshua, not just end times events. So it is important that the body of Messiah, Jew or Gentile, understand prophecy and the coming of Yeshua. And it’s important that we have the right spirit as we do so. Yeshua told us to watch! In order to watch you need to know what to look for and what time it is!

Sadly, many who have dipped their toe into the Torah and the Sabbath etc have gotten sidetracked into the very sticky pond of legalism and measuring our performance instead of humility and faith and watching for our Saviours return. As said previously all Torah knowledge should lead the Bride to the Groom, it should lead to greater intimacy with our Saviour. After all the New Testament scriptures tell us that the Torah is a schoolmaster that leads us to the Messiah!

Galatians 3:24-25 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

The bible should help bring us into a relationship with our Lord. We don’t have a relationship with a book but with a person. However this is a living book, but it’s purpose is to bring the Bride to the Groom. Our relationship with Yeshua is based on faith in Him and what He has done for us. It is not based on works. We don’t earn salvation, it is a gift.

Those that keep Torah with a high minded attitude, with a conceited view of others have inadvertently switched covenants in their heart as I will explain later. The Lord wants obedience but legalism is not what the Lord had in mind. Love should be the basis of everything we do not performance. Love will lead us to truly keep his word. We don’t keep His word to earn His love, but rather we keep His word because we love Him because He first loved us. The Lord is not looking for those that have a judgemental religious spirit, but a humble bride. So truth can be a double edged sword. One person can keep the Sabbath in humility, another can keep it with a proud religious spirit, alienating others from the truth of the Sabbath and effectively turning a liberating truth into an enslaving lie that blinds our heart.

In this article I want to talk about how we use truth, and what is the intent of our hearts when we share it. Because the intent of the heart has everything to do with the New Covenant and the reason the Lord gave us the Torah and the rest of the bible in the first place. He gave us His word from Genesis to Revelation to get us ready to meet Him and walk with Him.

Knowing truth is great. How we use truth depends on what is in our hearts. Knowing that someone is right or wrong about something is good to know. But will we use our knowledge wisely or foolishly? Are we speaking truth with a humble heart when we share things? Do we love the people we want to correct? Are we about being right or are we about the Lord?

There is a strong temptation once we know something is true or false to judge people with the wrong heart attitude. Are we in the Spirit or the Flesh?

If we are full of anger and bitterness and exhibit a condescending attitude towards those that don’t know what we know then we have stumbled in the Law. We are exalting self.

We need to ensure that we are walking in the New Covenant and not in the flesh. There were two trees in the garden of Eden. Knowledge can kill. What is the fruit that we are displaying?

It is a very sad thing if knowing the truth leads to bitterness, pride and hate. It is even sadder if being right leads us to hell and the lake of fire.

In this article I explain that it is not enough to be correct, we need to have the right heart attitude towards others otherwise truth might as well be a lie because our heart has become deceived by knowing truth and judging others with it in the Spirit of Satan.

This sort of religious pride with a judgemental heart condemns ourselves because we are not in communion with Yeshua but with the Snake.

There have been many religious wars, even within Christendom. Many that would call themselves ‘believers’ will betray and kill one another because they have a wrong heart attitude. They don’t know the murder that lurks in their own heart. Religious pride will show it’s fangs during the rampage of the red horse when peace is taken from the earth and people kill one another.

Speaking the Truth in Love

So I would like to talk about something that has been going on for a long time in the body of Messiah, especially amongst Messianic type people, but it’s also rife within Christians that don’t keep the Sabbath and feasts and so forth. This may be part of a series that I may do called ‘Slaying Dragons’.

We have a warfare to do and a lot of the time it’s in our own hearts. We need to be careful what is actually driving us. The ‘spirit of Religion’ and the ‘spirit of Messiah’ are not the same thing. So this is a talk about ‘judging others in the spirit of Satan’ and so I want to ask a few contrasting questions for us to think about in the back of our mind as we proceed further.

Questions

  • What is legalism?
  • What is obedience?
  • What is grace?
  • What is lawlessness?

As you can see there is a balance somewhere between the two contrasting ideas of legalism verses obedience or grace verses lawlessness. This is where the Holy Spirit should assist us as we cannot live our life without the Spirit of God. The Torah gives us rules to live by, which are good. But it is only through relationship with the Lord that we have the grace and will to please Him. Otherwise all we have is either legalism or a lawless religion.

King David loved the Lord, that’s why he loved His Word, the Torah. David was chosen by God because he had a heart for the Lord (not just a head filled with Torah but a heart that trusted in the one that gave the Torah, the Torah had boot leather in David’s walk with God. David was not a nerdy theologian, but a warrior and a giant killer. David was anointed by Samuel and the Holy Spirit came upon Him

I Samuel 16:13 Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah.

We need to guard the anointing that we have because we have all been given one as I will share shortly. King Saul was also anointed but was disobedient. Later King David fell when he made sure Bathsheba’s husband was killed in battle so that David could have his wife. The difference between the two was that David repented. But there were consequences. Psalm 51 is David’s cry of repentance, among other things he said ‘take not thy Holy Spirit from me‘, Psalm 51:11. Now we are sealed with the ‘Holy Spirit of promise‘, II Corinthians 1:22, Ephesians 1:13, Ephesians 4:30, but we can sure grieve Him. So we, like David, also need to stay in the love of God. Pride and the ‘works of the flesh’ are warning indicators that the fire of the love relationship upon the altar of our heart has died down. We need to seek His face. We need to draw close to the fire in God’s heart and rekindle our hearts afresh.

That love that David had for God was seriously challenged through all the trials that came his way, one after another. He wrote the Psalms because to be a good soldier and son, he had to remain trusting in the Lord no matter what came his way and no matter what man did to him. We have to fight like David in our heart because trials will come along. Because just like David we have an anointing that we have all received if we are born of God through Yeshua. The word ‘Mashiach‘ in Hebrew or ‘Christ‘ in Greek means ‘anointed‘. Satan attacks the Lord’s anointed, including us.

I John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

I want to ask another question,

  • What ‘altar’ are we really making our sacrifices at or from?
    Is it Yeshua’s or Satan’s?

I am talking about judging in this article. Now, if God shows us something to do, a commandment for example, we should do it in accordance with His word. But we are not to give ourselves a ‘star’ and a ‘smiley face’ on our hand and judge others. We may be right but is our heart attitude towards others right? We need to be humble and lowly of heart. Moses was humble. He was the humblest man alive according to the Lord.

Numbers 12:3 (Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)

We must remember that humility is in the very nature of God Himself and it characterises the Kingdom of Heaven. Yeshua Himself is humble of heart and we will find rest for our souls with the Good Shepherd.

Matthew 11:29 “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”

So we need to be like Yeshua. We need to be humble. We need to be people that give grace to others. We have obtained mercy and so we need to show mercy to others. We are ministers of ‘reconciliation’ according to the Bible.

II Corinthians 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

And it’s hard to be a ‘minister of reconciliation’ if we’re critical, sitting on a throne of judgement upon others. Now we need to speak the truth for sure, but we need to speak it in love.

Ephesians 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

And if love is not the motivation of our hearts then something is wrong. If there’s anger, rage or malice or pride then something is definitely wrong. The Bible tells us to keep or guard our hearts, (me especially!).

Proverbs 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

The ‘issues of life‘ do not come from our head, they come from our heart. The head is a great processor of data, but our loves and hates and what truly drives us stem from our heart!

Sacrifices, Altars & the Heart

The following section was not shared in the video presentation, but it should have been, to show the relationship between ‘Sacrifices’, ‘Altars’ and the ‘Heart’ for those that can’t see the connection.

Sacrifices are made on altars. And the sacrifices that the Lord is most interested in are the ones that come from our hearts.

Psalms 51:16-17 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

Every sacrifice of an animal would have a prayer with it as the one sacrificing put his hands upon the animal. Prayer and what was in the heart became associated with sacrifice.

Thus the altar is related to the heart because we make our ‘spiritual sacrifices’ there. The Torah is actually concerned with spiritual things, but we need the Holy Spirit to open it up for us. If we look at the tabernacle and its furnishings they relate to our physical body. The Tabernacle was split into two separate places. The first is the Holy place with the Menorah, Table of Shewbread and Golden Altar of Incense where the Levitical priests would daily attend. And the second was the most Holy place where the Ark of the Covenant resides. In that place, representing the very throne of God, the High priest would come only once per year. That place was separated from the holy place by the vail, even as the head is separated from the body by the neck. The Holy of Holies represents our head in our mind where the Law is kept, but the law, the Torah that was in the Ark, also needs to be in our heart and that too will be most holy. And that is where sacrifice comes in. We need to give the Lord our hearts everyday on the altar, that brazen thing that burns with fire continually. The tabernacle only truly began operation when the Brazen altar was functioning. And that Brazen altar which was outside the tabernacle only began functioning after it was dedicated, Exodus 29. And that dedication only commenced after various sacrifices of animals and gold and silver from all the 12 twelve tribes of Israel were given.

Exodus 29:36-37 And thou shalt offer every day a bullock for a sin offering for atonement: and thou shalt cleanse the altar, when thou hast made an atonement for it, and thou shalt anoint it, to sanctify it. Seven days thou shalt make an atonement for the altar, and sanctify it; and it shall be an altar most holy: whatsoever toucheth the altar shall be holy.

So the bible says that the Altar itself had to be cleansed and atoned for and finally made ‘most holy‘ (Holy of Holies)! The Brazen Altar and the Tabernacle could only commence operation after that. In other words it takes a lot of sacrifice to get out hearts cleansed, atoned for and functioning properly. Our hearts need an Atonement to function. Thus the Atonement of Yeshua the Messiah is alluded to in this Atonement of the Altar. But we need to cooperate with Him. Yeshua has paid the price in His blood but we need to listen and obey – from the heart. The communion should be sweet. Not just empty head knowledge and legalism.

Also, when the altar of our heart is functioning properly, not just our heads filled with Torah knowledge, then we can reach other hearts. Torah, and the word of God in general, has to reach our hearts. Hearts, like Altars are made for connection. Once the altar is atoned for and made made ‘most holy’ the verse above states that ‘whatsoever toucheth the altar shall be holy‘. So this is the Torah’s way of saying that hearts touch other hearts when they are most holy! The New Covenant stresses spiritual cleanness, purity and spiritual holiness. Remember that the New Covenant is defined as writing the Torah on our heart!

We need to be walking in the Atonement of Yeshua. It’s a battle to keep our hearts focused on the Lord.

King David, who followed Torah and loved the Lord still sinned terribly with Bathsheba and said;

Psalms 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

His murderous deed and wickedness was exposed, his heart cried out to God.

I am 58 and I am only beginning to deal with all the brokenness that is in me, because I have only begun to be aware of my brokenness now. I turned to the Lord when I was 18 back in 1986. Now 40 years later, 40 years of walking in the wilderness, only now am I beginning to cry out to the Lord for a clean heart so that I may function as I ought to.

It is from the area of the altar, where the sacrifices were made that Ezekiel saw the rivers of water coming forth, Ezekiel 46:2, 47:1. This water that issued forth increased and increased to become a river. The Rivers of living water that Yeshua spoke of cannot flow forth from an embittered and broken heart, unless He heals us. We need to be ones that draw close to Him in our hearts and not just with words. Those whose hearts are suitably prepared will be greatly used in these end times no matter what we have to face, even death. Proud religious people will be deceived, even if they say they believe in Yeshua and follow Torah. Satan and the Antichrist will corrupt such proud hearts. Proud people are easily flattered. Knowing Torah is good but there is a difference between knowing Torah and knowing our God. If all we know is Torah but we don’t have ‘heart knowledge’ of our God and Messiah then we will do ‘wickedly’. Heart knowledge of Yeshua is gained at the Altar of Sacrifice. If we are all in our head then we are open to delusion. Is our religion all in our head? Do we know Yeshua? There is nothing more demonic than religious wickedness. We pull down the very ‘covenant’ that we say we stand for. We have become ‘corrupt’.

Daniel 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

In the Hebrew there is no word, ‘exploits’, but the word for ‘work’ is there, translated ‘do’, as something made or done. Let us therefore prepare our hearts for usefulness in these end times, that we may be shining in a time of darkness, Isaiah 60:1-2. The Lord has already prepared the ‘good works’ for us to do, Ephesians 2:10. These works are Yeshua’s doing because;

Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

These are not religious ‘dead works’ but preordained ‘living works’, born of His Spirit, because the river of God is flowing through us and out of us to a dying world. What God has told us will happen in the end times and in the book of Revelation will come to pass. But what role we play in this drama really depends upon the state of our heart and our closeness to Yeshua. Are we all in our head? Is our heart functioning spiritually? Is the fire on the Altar of our hearts burning with holiness? Do we know our God?

I myself, being quite left brained, can easily be all in my head. Meanwhile my heart could be broken and I don’t even know it. That has been the case with me, all these years. Hurts pile up and we are too busy to even notice and pay attention. We thus lack power and real intimacy with the Lord, even though He gives us a degree of understanding and even some deep insight into His word and plan. I cannot reach a heart very effectively unless my own heart is in operation. Once the altar of our heart is working, it can touch others. The holiness that is in our hearts will reach other hearts and make them most holy as we are holy. We see this alluded to in the Torah.

Exodus 29:37 Seven days thou shalt make an atonement for the altar, and sanctify it; and it shall be an altar most holy: whatsoever toucheth the altar shall be holy.

If you read that chapter thinking of the relationship between the altar and the heart then you will perceive the importance of this seemingly meaningless chapter about an altar and its dedication. We can only reach people to the degree that we have been reached by God. We may have the Holy Spirit within us, but our hearts may not reach other hearts because they are not fully dedicated and have not fully received the atonement that Yeshua provides. Broken hearts need healing. Head knowledge won’t save souls but heart knowledge will definitely break through the darkness. We need to daily seek the Lord and draw close to Him in prayer and worship. That is the language of the heart. David was a worshipper. He fell, but the Lord restored him.

So the Torah can just be a whole lot of head knowledge, including what I have just shared. But my prayer is that the words that I am sharing will be chewed on and ruminated upon until they descend into the depths of our heart where the Torah can actually do good instead of being a letter that kills. The Torah, the law of God, needs to be written of the fleshy tablet of our hearts. This is the work of Grace. And it requires our cooperation and a real desire to know our God and Saviour, not just know about Him.

Now another detail concerning the heart and the altar, is that we can be sacrificing to the Lord but we can have idols present. And along with those idols are other altars. Because everything to do with the heart is about sacrifices and communion. Have we other altars there. What do we imagine in our hearts? Who are we truly communing with? Will the Lord share the Most Holy Altar with another god? Would it be right for the marriage bed to be shared with anyone else but our husband or wife? Of course not.

So the question is what altar are we really making our sacrifices at? What cup are we actually drinking from? Is it the cup of the Lord or the cup of devils? I’m going to quote some scriptures shortly to make this point.

When I have been looking online at comments made by people that follow Torah or claim to follow the truth, I see a lot of darkness and fragmentation from either proud or broken hearts. There are some good comments, but there is also a lot of people that use the truth and the ‘law’ as a weapon to judge and crucify others. You can tell from the text that there is a lot of anger in their hearts and it’s not right and it’s not Torah obedience. It’s not Torah obedience because the spirit is not right, the spirit of the person doing the judging that is. Now, I believe there is a great deal of lawlessness in the church, but there are a lot of people that are also (or there are some people at least) doing good things. Some are Sabbath keepers and some are not. We are all on a journey. Some hearts that don’t understand what we think they should understand now may find out later. And we may learn some heart lessons that they have already learnt.

And contrastingly I have seen people that come into the Torah or the feasts and Sabbath and then go astray into Judaism or they just turn away from the gospel completely and go whichever way. So I don’t believe that the Sabbath is at fault. The Sabbath didn’t do it, but our hearts are deceitful and men do it, women do it, when they depart from the Lord (in their heart!). So there’s a lot that’s called ‘Torah obedience’ that isn’t Torah obedience at all! Being Torah obedient should actually stem from the New Covenant, from the operation of the Ruach HaKodesh upon the heart.

People go to extremes in doctrine. There are a lot of Christian cults out there and there are Christian churches that can be quite legalistic in their own way. They may keep Sabbath on Saturday or Sunday or some other thing, but they can have all sorts of laws and rules that God didn’t make. Or they can be completely lawless and say you can do whatever you like and we need to avoid both of those extremes.

If we come across as angry and judgemental then we pollute the very thing we say we believe. Many can be hurt by what is in our hearts, even if what we say is true. Our hearts are easily hurt. We can be hurt by a lie, or by truth that is spoken unkindly. For example, people can be hurt by ‘sabbath keepers’ because of the spirit that truth is communicated with is unclean. Holiness is far more than just the outward keeping of commandments, it goes all the way to the depths of our heart. If our hearts are unclean then what we communicate is unclean.

Under the Law

Legalism is based on people living by rules instead of the Holy Spirit. Paul shows us clearly from the Torah that, just like Father Abraham, the just live by faith. The Torah shows us our need of Atonement and Yeshua provides that Atonement. Are we partaking of that Altar? God gave us the commandments but the motivation of the heart determines what spirit we are in when we do things. If we are high minded and condescending then we are not partaking of Yeshua’s Altar at that time. Why we do things is much more important than simple performance.

Yet many believers that agree with all this live under a sense of having to perform instead of being led by the Love of God. Many struggle with sin and a feeling of condemnation. So Legalism goes far deeper than having a ‘religious spirit‘.

For example Christian believers may say to themselves that they are ‘not under the law’ but they struggle with besetting sins and no matter how hard they try they cannot overcome them. This could actually be because the sin that they are struggling with is not the main issue at all, it is a symptom of a deeper problem. Trying harder doesn’t fix it because their aiming at the wrong target. More force wont fix it. They are misaligned.

After Adam and Eve ate from the fruit of the Knowledge of Good and evil, they knew that they were naked. They blamed others and God for their own choices. The relationship was damaged between them and the Lord. God’s first question was not what had they done, but where are you? They were hiding with guilt and shame. The Lord was searching for them. Are we facing the Lord or are we hiding?

The works of the flesh occur because we are out of alignment with the Father. When we have besetting sins it is because we have turned our back on the Lord. We could be going through the motions of faith but we could have other things crowding our heart. It is often a subtle process. This happens with believers from whatever denomination, especially those that feel secure in their head knowledge.

It is the grace of God that wakes us up and brings us to repentance. If we find our hearts have grown cold then we need to turn again towards Him. His arms are open, but we feel shame. This is legalism. Shame or high mindedness / pride, are related to legalism in our own hearts. And guilt is not restricted to whether we say we are ‘Torah observant‘ or not or whatever our denomination is or isn’t or how we qualify that. Satan doesn’t care, he accuses us day and night. And if we wake up to a sense of shame, you can be sure Satan is accusing us.

If we find ourselves with wrong desires or judgemental religious hypocrisy, what do we do? How do we overcome? By trying to overcome our flesh with more effort or cover it with religious fig leaves? No. We need to know that in and of ourselves we can do nothing. We need to look outside of ourselves to our Redeemer. There is a reason why we have a Saviour. Yeshua saves.

We need to know that we are loved and turn to the One that loves us. We need to seek His face. His presence, His Holy Spirit will heal our heart. We have to turn to Him with all our heart. We don’t have to strive to be better, we have to rest in His love. We need to trust Him and return. Legalism is Satan’s way of condemning others and ourselves. But works of darkness do not prosper when we are walking in the Light. That light is the daily abiding in God’s presence through a life of communion. We need prayer and worship and bible, not bible alone. Hearts are more related to prayer and worship. The head is more related to knowledge. Yeshua was crucified in the place of the skull. That’s where we killed Him, in our head!

We need our head filled with God’s word, but it needs to filter down to our hearts where it can do some good. Prayer and worship are in that place. Communion is in our heart not our head. We can easily come out from that place of rest and communion in our heart by going through the motions of our faith (and thus gradually departing from our Lord in our hearts).

This is what has happened to me. Hurts that come along the way have alienated me from the Father because I began to blame the Lord in my hurting heart for allowing so many hurts to come along. This was over many years of my wilderness journey. I have spent many trying years where my voice has not been heard in the congregation. My life has been one of continually being shunned by the church when it comes to hearing anything I have had to say. And that rejection hurts. It is one thing to be rejected by the world, but it’s another thing to be rejected by your own people. That’s my story anyway. I am now seeking the Lord all over again to re-establish what was lost, the connection, the trust, the love, the father-son relationship, the worship. This is why we need the spiritual armour upon our mind and heart. We have a real enemy that wants to break the connection with the Father. Satan is an abuser. Our heart is the target. And our carnal mind can easily agree with Satan.

If we are merely religious, what I have just said will mean nothing. If we have a heartless faith then we truly are dead. If our heart never struggles then that is an indication of serious heart injury, perhaps even a stony heart.

Now God has shown me that the Sabbath didn’t go away and I, in faith, keep the Sabbath on Saturday, but I don’t judge those that don’t keep Sabbath the way I do and keep it on Sunday. I don’t agree with them but I don’t judge them. There is a difference.

Sometimes I can even be persecuted by those people. Sometimes I’m just kind of shoved aside a little bit because I’m ‘under the law’ in their estimation. And hopefully I’m not ‘under the law’ because I could be. I could be ‘under the law’. And that really depends on what we put our trust in. Being ‘under the law’ is really a matter of the heart and is related to what we trust in. It’s actually not whether you keep Sabbath on Sunday or Saturday that determines if you are ‘under the law’. Legalism is an issue of the heart. It doesn’t make you a legalist if you keep sabbath on Saturday, but it could be! You could base your salvation on the fact that you keep the law. Salvation is the gift of God. Obedience is one thing but putting your trust in your obedience is a real trap. Legalism can go all sorts of ways. Or you could lay down the law and say that we are not under the law therefore “Thou shalt not keep the sabbath” or “thou shalt keep the Sabbath but only on Sunday” and so on. Indeed while you go to church on Sunday you could have other rules that you judge people by. We need to be careful and guard what is in our hearts. So being under the law and being a legalist, is really a matter of the heart.

Let’s talk about the heart and what happened in the Garden of Eden. Now there were two trees in the garden of God, the tree of the ‘knowledge of good and evil’ and the ‘tree of life’. Yeshua has come to give us life. So the eternal life that we have is in the Son, through the Holy Spirit. It’s not through the law. The Law, the Torah points to the Son, it’s a school master to bring us to the Messiah who gives us eternal life. We don’t have a relationship with a book but with a person. The law is good if we use it lawfully and many Christians think, well, we’re not under the law, so they don’t pay any attention to God’s commandments, at least not all of them. But Yeshua said, “If you love me, keep my commandments”, John 14:15. So we need to love the Lord through obedience to his commandments. So the commandments didn’t go away, but they are fulfilled through relationship with Yeshua through love. Our obedience should be an overflow from our love for Him. We can tell other’s his commandments. But they need to do it from the heart not in some wretched works based religious slavery. Neither should we do things proudly with a judgemental heart.

Now just because we keep His commandments doesn’t mean that we go around judging everyone. Keeping God’s commandments, doesn’t mean that I go around like judge, jury, and executioner, like the fictional comic/movie character ‘Judge Dredd’ who did that and said proudly “I am the law” as he executed criminals. Now there were judges that the Lord raised up in ancient and they were filled with the Spirit of the Lord. Judges are not self appointed. Today when it comes to persuading men, we have a ‘ministry of reconciliation’. We don’t go around with a gun trying to shoot people down, neither do we shoot our mouth off spitting tacks when people disagree. We can gently instruct people. We can persuade through reason or even more powerfully through love. We can meekly suggest things but we are not the judge of other men’s hearts. We are here simply to present the truth and we need to do so in love. People should know that we care. Even if they don’t like what we say they should at least feel that they are facing a friend or someone that cares rather than the hangman. It’s not so much about being ‘nice’ so much as being ‘faithful and true’ to God and man, but being true with kindness.

So there are two trees in the garden of God. One is the tree of the ‘knowledge of good and evil’. And by eating from that we make ourselves ‘gods’ and ‘self apointed judges’ of what is right and wrong and what is truth. And the other is the tree of ‘life’ which we know is Yeshua or is related to Yeshua. Remember Yeshua came to give us ‘life’.

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

He is the tree of ‘life’. And we are grafted into Him. So the tree of ‘life’ brings ‘life’ and the tree of the ‘knowledge of good and evil’ brings ‘death’. The bible tells us that the world by wisdom knew not God, I Corinthians 1:21. When we become judges through the ‘knowledge of good and evil’ we are like Israel that did what was right in their own eyes. Now if we believe that Yeshua is the Messiah and we come to Him for salvation then that is good because Yeshua is “the way, the truth and the life”, John 14:6. And then God can show us things in His word that we should do. But then we need to be very careful that we don’t start judging others through the wrong tree. We need to be watchful of the fruit that is coming forth from us. Is it from the tree of ‘life’ or is it from the tree of ‘death’? Are we ministers of ‘life’ or of ‘death’? What fruit are we manifesting in our lives? That’s a question I ask myself. Do we love the people we are trying to reach? Is the Holy Spirit involved. Are we in the right spirit? Are we abiding in the right tree, the tree that brings life, are we displaying the ‘fruits of the spirit’, Galatians 5:22:23?

The Red Horse (in people’s hearts!)

So in the book of Revelation, the second horse is the ‘red horse’ and it comes to bring war. But it’s not just war it is also the spirit of murder in people’s hearts. ‘Peace’ is taken from the earth and people ‘kill one other’.

Revelation 6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

And this may be at a nation to nation level, but it can be within a family or even within a church or home fellowship! This may sound strange but there is a lot of hate and mistrust that can be stirred up quickly amongst unbelievers and believers. Remember too that judgement begins first in the House of God! I Peter 4:17.

Now, I believe that the horsemen may already be released, but merely walking to and fro through the earth, they are not galloping in judgement just yet. And I will talk about that at the end of this talk, but whether I am right or wrong, I can see not only war escalating in the middle east and elsewhere. But I see war escalating in people’s hearts, especially, I believe, in the United States and amongst those that claim to follow the Lord. There is war between left and right. But there is a more troubling war going on even amongst believers. People attacking one another through social media. There is a great deal of anger burning in people’s hearts. But there are good things happening there too. And and it’s not only in America. There is a lot of anger in the Middle East. There’s a lot of anger everywhere. But when this red horse is released it takes peace from the earth. And I believe that time is coming very close. Peace is already being taken from men’s hearts now!

Before people kill one another, they first hate one another. Before the Nazis killed the Jews, they first of all hated them and taught other Germans to hate them too. And it is very easy to hate but it takes effort to love. Hate comes easy to our hearts. When we get hurt by others, it’s very easy to want vengeance. Well, especially if you’re a guy anyway. But we need to be forgiving and this is how Satan works. He can hurt our hearts and from that place of hurt he wants us to be unforgiving so that we hurt others. And I can be hurt by Christians that don’t want to have fellowship with me because I keep the Sabbath on Saturday for example. All sorts of ridiculous reasons. But I need to love them and not hate them. And that requires effort on my part. I need to pray for them. I need to seek the Lord and I need to forgive people. If I don’t then my heart gets hardened and it develops a callous and I lose a bit of feeling. If I neglect prayer I may still feel I am in control but I will react incorrectly/negatively/callously to abuse or simply to people disagreeing with me. This will enable Satan to blind them further because I hurt them through my callousness and lack of spiritual discipline in seeking the Lord to keep my heart and spirit sweet towards people. I need to guard my heart, I need to pray these things through. If I truly love God I will want to please Him by not being offensive. If on the other hand I am content simply to be religiously right I will simply do and say whatever I like. Are we led by His Spirit?

Now it is not only Christians that can hurt Sabbath keepers it goes the other ways too. We have to love each other. That is the fulfillment of the Law. We don’t have to agree, but we do have to love. That is a commandment! And it is a commandment that I see less often in both traditional churches and amongst many in the Hebrew roots or messianic community. Love costs us something. And we fail miserably to love when we are all in their head and all about just being right. Is our heart hardened? Are we proud? So instead we have to be humble basically and speak the truth in love. Otherwise for example, a Christian could have been hurt by Sabbath keepers who may share truth but unfortunately they are very bent out of shape and judgemental as they do so. This is what happens to us when we don’t pray through our hurts and confess them to the Father. We cannot be healed if we don’t come to the great physician. Our hurts hurt others. We may feel empowered when we growl and speak vengefully, but it is a counterfeit power that actually alienates people from the truth and one another. It is Satanic. So, we can all get hurt for all sorts of reasons. And if we are a believer in Yeshua, we need to be forgiving.

We need to guard our hearts now so that when the red horseman is released, we don’t follow bad habits and become instruments of hate. When this red horseman is released, people will hate one another and kill one another! Believers are already doing that with their words and thoughts of their hearts. The red horse takes peace from the earth and as I said before, I believe that time is very near. We need to be more concerned with what is happening in our hearts. It’s one thing for war to be in the middle east, over there and far away. It is another thing when war is in our own hearts or we have no peace inside. That is especially sad if we claim to follow the Prince of Peace and He says that He dwells within us by faith!

Serving God by Killing You

In John 16:2 it says;

John 16:2 “They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.”

So there’s coming a time when people, not just Jews in synagogues, but world wide, will think that they’re doing God service by killing believers in Yeshua. This will be while the red horse is galloping. As I said before that before people kill you, they hate you. We need to guard our hearts that we are not people that hate people. We may disagree with them. We may say,”Hey, this is what God’s commandments say”. But we’re not to be their judges, and we’re not to hate people. The greatest commandment is to Love the Lord and the second is to love your neighbour as yourself. If we are Torah observant, are we Love observant? It’s hard in this world, let’s not make it harder for others or ourselves by hating instead of loving. How are we under pressure?

I support the state of Israel in the sense that I believe the Lord has given the land of Israel to the people of Israel. I am glad that they are in the land. Of course we differ as to who the Messiah is.

Sadly when Israel aligns with the Antichrist as Yeshua warned.

John 5:43 I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.

I can see a harlot church along with harlot Messianic Torah following folks joining with it and persecuting the true believing ‘Israel of God‘ made up of believers in Yeshua from the ‘House of Judah‘ and the ‘House of Israel‘ (10 lost tribes) and the Gentiles that are also grafted in.

The Antichrist will appear to many as the answer. The unbelieving Jews will call him the Messiah. The Jewish believers will be persecuted by their fellow Jews. Gentiles will persecute gentiles. The gentiles that believe in the Antichrist will persecute others too.

If the church will worship Trump how much more so will they worship the Antichrist! We are in deceptive times.

The true Bride is heading to the Wilderness as I will explain later in this article if you stick around.

I want to also say that I support the right of the Jews to the land of Israel and to fight to defend themselves. They are my brothers according to the flesh.

Nevertheless the subject of who Yeshua is and what He has done is going to be the subject that will separate hearts.

Hating your Brother

The New Testament scriptures have a lot to say about why we do things and what goes on in our hearts. This should come as no surprise since the New Covenant is written upon the heart, not tablets of stone. The New Covenant has a lot to say about love and hate. So, I’m going to quote some verses that we should all know.

1 John has a lot to say about hating our brothers.

I John 2:9 He that saith he is in the light and hateth his brother is in darkness even until now.

We can be hateful towards people on the street. But it is even more a temptation online, behind the safety of an alias.

So if you are on YouTube or Facebook and you see something that you disagree with we need to make sure how we say things. We can judge something is wrong or right, but we must do so with love and not hate.

In I John it says,

1 John 2:11 “But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whether he goeth because the darkness hath blinded his eyes

So if you find that you are not only angry with people because they don’t understand what you understand, but you find that anger and hate is burning in your heart, you are in darkness. And look, I can be in light in one moment and the next moment I can be in darkness. This is a daily battle for a believer. We need to guard our hearts, for out of it come the issues of life. So he that “hateth his brother is in darkness and walketh in darkness and knoweth not whether he goeth because the darkness hath blinded his eyes”. So when we are judging other people in a hateful sort of way, we begin to walk in darkness. We are told that we don’t actually know where we are going. So this is a big warning. We have to be ‘ministers of reconciliation’.

1 John 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother, is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

If you hate your brother, you are a murderer. If you are hating the man or woman down the road because of whatever, you are a murderer. And maybe they have done some bad things to you. Or maybe they have not. Maybe they just disagreed with you. Maybe they kicked you out of church or synagogue or whatever it is. If you are hating them, you are a murderer. So, we can be hated, but we are not allowed to hate back. And you go,”Well, that’s not fair.” Well, God knows what is best for our heart. And when we are hating, it’s not good for our heart. It’s not good for us and it’s not good for others. We walk in darkness and we become a murderer like Cain who slew Abel. And that was a religious argument. Cain was religious and he slew his brother Abel. Religion kills. Without the Holy Spirit our faith is just a ‘religion‘ of dead mens bones, it is unclean and it kills. Like Religious Cain, no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. So we need to guard our hearts from a murderous spirit.

1 John 4:20 If a man say, “I love God and hateth his brother,” he is a liar. For he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

Now again, I’m not saying that you can’t disagree with someone and you can’t share what you believe. I believe in the Sabbath. I believe in God’s commandments. But Moses was humble. Yeshua is humble. We are to be humble of heart. Love is the basis of our life.

1 John 14:15 If you love me, keep my commandments.

Yeshua was God manifest in flesh. He was Elohim, the son, the firstborn of all creation, the actual creator that made the heavens and the earth, the א, alef and the ת, tav, the alpha and the omega. And God is love. So if God is love and love asks us to love Him by keeping his commandments, then we should do so with a loving heart and we should also be loving like God. Stands to reason. It doesn’t mean just be nice all the time, we can speak up and tell the truth. But we need to do so from the right true, with good fruit. So my question is what altar are we actually eating from? If we’re not displaying those fruits.

Hebrews 13:10 We have an altar whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.

Because what we are talking about is a higher priesthood. I’m not saying the priesthood of Levi has gone away. Prophecy tells us that it will be reinstated. But temples of stone never justified anyone. So I am saying that if you’re not from the priesthood of Melchisedec, if you are not born into the kingdom of God through Yeshua through faith in him, then you have no right to eat from that altar. And we draw near to God through altars of sacrifice. And in the tabernacle they drew near to God through the altar and they sacrificed animals there. But we have another altar and the sacrifice was Yeshua. But in a sense the sacrifice is also us because we are to take up our cross and follow him. So as we die to self Yeshua lives in us by faith. So we are partakers of that altar. So we want to be careful what altar we are actually partaking of.

1 Corinthians10:21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of devils.
Ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table and of the table of devils.

So there are only two tables or two altars or two places that we can have a fellowship in our hearts. One is with the Lord at his table, at his altar, and the other is with devils on their altar. And we need to be careful what tree we are eating from, what altar we are participating in and where we are dwelling.

Gentleness & Meekness

Another indication in scripture of how we are to behave is as follows;

2 Timothy 2:24-25 And the servant of the Lord must not strive but be gentle unto all men apt to teach patient

Gentleness these days is becoming a more uncommon virtue. To learn to be patient takes time!

It has taken me a lot of time just to begin to learn that. If I am to serve the Lord, I need to show patience to others, I can’t force feed folks with info, I have to allow time to absorb it and I also need to be led by God’s Spirit. I certainly can’t share with a lofty or even catty and belligerent attitude. There are a lot of things that personally have really hurt me and discouraged me and have angered me within the church or in my life, but I have to bring all of that to the Lord. And I’ve been going through some struggles now, I can tell you. At 58 years old, almost 59, I find out that so much in my heart is wrong. And that is as a believer, as someone that knows Yeshua, as someone that has endeavoured to follow his commandments, my heart has gotten discouraged. And although I have been patient with people, I have also been angry in my heart because of the state of the church. And I have often blamed God for what the devil has been doing and what people are doing. So now I have got a lot of repentance to do in my heart to draw near to Him, to Yeshua. So, I’m not talking to you as someone that has passed the test with flying colours. I’m somebody that is struggling in a world that is becoming more and more brutal and hurtful to the human soul. But God is with us, Emmanuel. Let us see what else Paul has to say to Timothy in that same verse.

2 Timothy 2:24-25 …instructing those that oppose themselves. If God per adventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth.

So if God brings them ‘repentance‘, not us, we can’t do it. All we can do is say our bit. But in saying it, we are not to ‘strive‘ and we are to be ‘meek’, that means ‘humble’ not ‘weak’. That doesn’t mean flying off the handle on Facebook or YouTube with comments or with our neighbour. I can react badly to pressure. I can hurt those closest to me, in this case, my wife. I need to count to three and ask myself which tree am I part of. What is the fruit? What is the attitude of our heart? Is it anger? Is it malice? Or is it love? Do you love the person that you are disagreeing with? If you don’t then don’t say anything. And you know recently I made a comment on on YouTube that some people took offense with and it was my fault. Look there is a lot of ignorance in the church and I came across to some people as high-minded while to others they understood what I was saying. Nevertheless I should have been more careful in wording what I said so as not to unnecessarily offend people because we don’t want to just go blurt out loud or make some comment on social media that could come across as arrogant or angry even if we are right.

Because we can be wrong or we can be misunderstood as being Pharisaical because I basically said that there’s a great deal of ignorance in the church and that makes me sad. I don’t even know if I said it quite like that, but anyway, I had to backtrack and qualify what I said to a couple of people because I’d unnecessarily offended them. So we have to be so careful in the way we say things.

So,

Ephesians 4:31 “And let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and evil speaking be put away from you with all malice.”

I have seen this time and time again with people that understand the Sabbath or the feasts etc and they are right about whatever they are right about. They may be right, but they may have the the worst attitude towards others. They can be angry or lofty and high-minded and prideful in the way that they say things. And that all comes from the heart. So we can be right and actually be wrong in our heart. We can be right with the facts but have a wrong heart. And I’ve seen so much of this and it hurts my heart because we are doing ‘violence to the law’. Now I’m not here to defend the Law necessarily. I want to be known as someone that knows Yeshua. I would like to bring the presence of Yeshua to the earth. So I keep the Sabbath and feasts and so on, but I don’t want people to know me as the guy that keeps the Sabbath and feasts or Torah. I want people to know me as the guy that knows Yeshua. And yes, I keep Sabbath and feast and so forth, and I certainly don’t want to be an angry person. See, I used to be quite angry. I had a lot of hurt in my life and the church often didn’t help. Some Christians did, but there was a lot of things to make me bitter and twisted. So, I’m speaking from experience, and perhaps we have all been there.

Colossians 3:8 But now ye also put off all these anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

And some people think that their angry words are actually ‘righteous indignation’. And it may be, but if you don’t love the people that you’re talking to, it’s most likely not ‘righteous indignation’, it’s not ‘righteous’. And it says ‘in your anger, do not sin’. And it says, ‘do not let the sun go down on your anger’.

Ephesians 4:26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

So anger is a very strong emotion. And we need to be very very careful that we do not give way to anger and malice (me especially). As I write parts of Europe are burning. Anger is a fire that can be very destructive.

Works of the Flesh

Galatians gives us some good indications of whether we are walking in the flesh or in the spirit.

Galatians 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest which are these:

adultery,
fornication,
uncleanness,
lasciviousness,
idolatry,
witchcraft,
hatred,
variance,
emulations,
wrath,
strife,
seditions,
heresies,
envyings,
murders,
drunkenness,
revellings,

and such like. Of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. …

Quite a list! If we say that we are just angry all the time with ‘righteous indignation’. I doubt that it’s ‘righteous’ if you are angry all the time. Let me just say something about me first…

At the moment I am struggling in the worship department. Years ago, I used to worship easily. But I haven’t guarded my heart with regard to anger, pride, lust, forgiveness, bitterness towards God and towards people and it has been a hard road for me. But I have made it a lot harder by holding on to wrong attitudes. If we are walking in these things here we are walking the wrong way and if we continue we won’t inherit the kingdom of God / eternal life. So just by being angry with people, prideful and judgemental we will miss out in the kingdom and even eternal life. God help us Yeshua to ‘walk in the spirit‘ and not in the flesh. Help us to keep our head down and consider others higher than ourselves.

Philippians 2:3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

How is that for ‘Torah obedience’? How humble are we? Do we esteem each other better then ourselves? It is one thing to say we follow Torah because we keep Sabbath etc, but it is truly another thing to be ‘Spirit filled’ and ‘Yeshua obedient’ while you do so. Remember that the only one who was truly ‘Torah obedient’ said that unless you ‘take up your cross’ and ‘deny yourself’ you cannot be his disciple, Matthew 16:24, Mark 8:34, Luke 9:23. Torah obedience cannot truly be done without self denial and a humble dependence upon Yeshua moment by moment.

Pride’ will lead to all the ‘works of the flesh’ listed in Galatians 5, eventually. ‘Pride’ is the root of all sins, Leviathan is ‘king over all the children of pride’, Job 41:34, especially children that say that they are ‘Torah observant’ but by their works and fruit show that they are children of the dragon. It’s relatively easy to keep the sabbath, it is hard to love your neighbour as yourself.

<Return to Table of Contents>

Fruit of the Spirit

Now in contrast to the ‘works of the flesh’ we have it’s polar opposite,

Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Now, I’ve met Christians that have those qualities. They don’t keep the Sabbath or the feasts. I’m not saying they’re right about that, they don’t know God’s biblical and prophetic calendar, but I’m not judging them either. I’m not here to judge. I judge myself and I just present people with truth. I believe God’s calendar is in the Bible. I had a conversation with some people not so long back. They keep the Sabbath, but they don’t keep the feasts, which are actually His prophetic appointed times. So they keep the Gregorian calendar and the Catholic holy days essentially. And I said these holy days are not in the Bible but the feasts of the Lord in Leviticus 23 are in it and they are all about Yeshua and they’re all about the Bride. And these appointed times have not been taken away. (They just looked at me like ‘stunned mullets’. It would take a lot for them to open their hearts to this new idea that the Christian calendar is actually in the bible and it is not the one we use from the Roman Empire. It’s hard to accept new news because we love our pagan traditions.) Irrespective of whether people acknowledge this truth or any other biblical truth, I am not here to judge them, I just present truth as I understand it. Now I may be right about that but they may have some ‘fruits of the spirit’ that I don’t have. So we are all learning different things at different times. I’m not the judge of anyone. But I need to realise that I will stand before the judge of all the earth and I have to give an account for everything I have done and every word spoken. Judgement begins first with God’s house, I Peter 4:17.

So we need to have the ‘fruit of the spirit’. That fruit is produced by the Holy Spirit. Our job is to abide in the Vine, Yeshua.

Ephesians 5:9 (For the fruit of the spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth😉

Notice ‘truth’ by itself should also have ‘goodness’ and ‘righteousness’ combined with it. The bible says ‘speaking the truth in love’. Do we exhibit the ‘fruits of the spirit’ in our ‘Torah obedience’? Do we exhibit more of the ‘love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance’ than the people we are confronting with ‘truth’. Because there is no law that is against those that have these! Do we truly understand how desperately we need those good fruits in our life? Because against them there is ‘no law’, ‘no Torah’. What good is keeping the dry bones of the Sabbath if we kindle the ‘fire’ of the ‘works of the flesh’ within it? We are not to light a fire on the Sabbath. Now we may keep the outward appearance of the commandment, but are we lighting fires of strife on the very day we want to honour? Do we do violence to the Torah we say we uphold? Let’s stay humble and focused on Yeshua as we do His commandments.

Bind Mercy & Truth

So to sum up, we must not speak ‘truth’ without ‘love’, this is the inference here. Pride will lead to the ‘works of the flesh’, and becoming ‘Torah Non-observant’ and ‘Yeshua Non-observant’. We should display the ‘fruits of the Spirit’ if the Spirit of Yeshua dwells within us.

We need to bindmercy and truth’ together, not just truth alone. People that are all about the truth of Torah need to pay close attention. Not because the Torah is wrong or truth is wrong but because there is a strong tendency to judge others with ‘truth’ without showing the ‘mercy’, ‘love’ and fruit of the Holy Spirit that should accompany it. Again, what spirit are we in when we say things?

Proverbs 3:3-4
3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:
4 So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

Because truth can be used as a weapon without mercy. Satan uses truth to condemn. Are we in the ‘spirit of Satan’ when we speak truth? Is the bitter ‘poison of Asps’ under our tongue? Deuteronomy 32:33, Romans 3:13.

Hearts Knitted together in Love

In contrast our hearts were made for connection, connection to God and one another. Love is the binding force that brings unity, the unity that was foremost in the heart of Yeshua in John 17 before His death for His Bride.

Colossians 2:2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

We need the Lord and we need one another. And we cannot have a ‘full assurance of understanding‘ without it. The gates of understanding the depth of His word are reserved for those ‘hearts‘ that seek Him. Do we want Him? We should show it through our love for one another. If we are not ‘knit together in love‘ then we are nearsighted and blind. Read the progression of things we need in II Peter 1:5-11, and take it to ‘heart‘!

What the Lord wants for us is far more than the dry bones of understanding stuff. I am all for understanding. But it should be leading somewhere and to someone. Do you want to know the ‘mystery of God‘ and the ‘Father‘ and the Maschiach (‘Christ‘). Without our ‘hearts knit together in love‘ we wont get there.

So who does the knitting of hearts?

Colossians 2:19 And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

The ‘head‘ knits the body together. Are we all in our head or are we connected to the Head in our heart? Are we truly listening to the Head? Are we one with Him? Are we truly ‘knitted together‘ with Yeshua? We need to seek Him for that, and it’s a process. Trials will come in order to get our heart into unity. This is why Tribulation is coming to the Church, because our hearts are far away, even while our head is in His book! Ok so we know that Yeshua is the Messiah, we have turned to Him, we understand that the Law is good. Great, great, great. But do we seek Him? Where are our hearts really at?

This is why we are to ‘seek the Lord‘. He wants our hearts. We are running out of time before the travail, before the ‘birthpangs‘ come. There is a time when He is ‘near‘ and when He is far away. And there is a time when it is too late. The Lord is not coming for a people stuffed full of cheese burgers and head knowledge. He is coming for hearts that ‘pant‘ for Him, like David did, Psalm 42.

Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:

So we need ‘Him‘, not just torah knowledge. We need our hearts working. We need to move with ‘Godly fear‘ and ‘seek Him‘ while he is ‘near‘!

Heart knowledge takes time, just like head knowledge. But the fruit is better, because it leads us to the King of Love. This takes time and effort and there are obstacles and distractions and great trials to get there. It requires a concerted effort for the bride to seek Him, to learn to listen to His Voice and keep listening. It’s a journey of many bus stops, we need to keep going and not rest for too long at any one of them until we reach Him. So it’s not just knowing stuff, it’s about knowing Him! Heart, not just head!

Jeremiah 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

I know I am going on, but I want to repeat it enough times for our heart to get, not just our head. So I say again, this is not seeking Torah knowledge, or the Word in general, though that is involved, it is SEEKING HIM. He wants to know you and you to know Him by experience. Heart to heart, spirit to Spirit. It requires all our heart! You are His son, you are His daughter. You are seated with Messiah in Heavenly places, Ephesians 2:6, but you experience very little actual connection, because to get there you need your heart functioning.

This is a big issue amongst both Messianics and Churches. We have our knowledge, our doctrine and our programs, but do we have Him? Communion is a sacrifice. We are all in our head! He wants our hearts. He wants us to be close to Him and for us to experience His Love.

Ephesians 3:19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

The love of Yeshua HaMashiachpasseth knowledge‘. Do we know that love, do we experience it?

For the most part our hearts are checked out while we read His Word and gain understanding of stuff. Now I am all for study, please don’t stop. But get into prayer and seeking the Lord. Where is the brokenness before a Holy God? Where are the tears? Where is the true heart worship? Were is the Fear of God? Where is the experience of His Love?

I am a slow learner. I have recently come to the conclusion, that the core of all our issues is that our hearts can’t accept that we are loved. We need to know that we are loved. This is why the New Covenant scriptures speak so often of love. If God is love then writing the Law on our hearts has everything to do with being connected to that Divine Love and experiencing that amongst His People, But all too often that is not our experience. Church and Messianic fellowships can have their moments of love, but they can also be quite brutal in this hard nosed generation.

Yeshua’s entire being and identity were rooted in His heart’s understanding that His Father loved Him. When He spoke it was from that connection of Love that affected the world. Love is jealous so he was zealous for His Father’s House. He didn’t mince words with religious hypocrites. He had compassion on the downtrodden. He spoke to hearts exactly what they needed to hear. His Love was not sappy or effeminate, it was very masculine, but also very tender. He was humble of heart.

Yeshua’s identity was rooted in His Father’s love for Him. It guided and drove everything He did.

The entire Torah can be summarized as loving God and loving our Neighbour as ourselves. How to do that is shown to us in the Torah, the Prophets and the New Testament. Why is there so little love amongst many that claim to follow Torah? Why is there so much Pride? Wrong spirit, it’s not real, their hearts are far from the Lord. I am not into mush, I just want the truth, but it needs to be spoken in love by people who have had their hearts broken often, and have overcome and still love. How do they do that? God is the strength of our hearts, and we have to seek Him for our bruised hearts to heal and love again. It’s a war zone down here for a heart that loves. But only tender and holy hearts can reach other hearts. We need strong but tender and loving hearts that are fully consecrated to the Father. We need to bring something from above into this dark world and the darkened hearts that say they love God but don’t show it by their words or deeds. The hammer is coming, people need to be shook up. A threshing of wheat will be most painful. This little article can’t do it. People need a gut wrenching experience to shake them out of their complacency and religiousness.

Who is God near to?

Psalms 34:18 The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart;
and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

Do you want to be saved in the coming Tribulation? Get broken of heart. Cry out to the Lord for a ‘broken heart‘. Seek it like it is gold. Seek humility and brokenness. Pursue holiness and lowliness of heart. Ask Him to break you, but ask Him to do it gently if possible. It could wreck you before it saves you. Do you want Him that much? Do you want to be saved? Get broken. Start seeking Him now. Do you want to live? Learn to die to self. How can you do it? You need to learn that you are loved.

He doesn’t want you to slay your firstborn, He already did that for us. What ‘sacrifices‘ does He desire?

Psalms 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

Where is our brokenness? We cannot truly be ‘broken‘ before Him if we don’t know our ‘lostness‘ (new word). After the huge love song to Torah that is Psalm 119, after so many verses about loving his commandments, the last verse is telling.

Psalms 119:176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.

We need Him. He is our Shepherd. We are His lost sheep. We love His commandments, they are not a burden because we love Him. But if we are not lost in the world we are lost in our head and heart.

We need to seek Him in prayer, and we need to do so earnestly. And there is a price to pay as Paul stated in Philippians 3:8-11, quoted in the Preamble. And there is a greater price to pay for not doing so.

Why do you think that the following verse is written in Daniel?

Daniel 12:7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

Why does the Lord want to ‘scatter the power of the holy people‘? Well why does He allow tribulation and hardships in our life? What positive thing can be gained by tribulation and having our power scattered?

Just as Yeshua said ‘it is finished‘ and died on the cross, so it is with us. We have to die to self. The Lord has to bring his people to the end of themselves in order to get us to really gain Him. He is after the broken hearted, and if we are not broken in a good way then we will never have our hearts open enough for Him to be fully present in us. When our ‘power‘ is ‘scattered‘, when our hearts are broken, it is then that ‘all these things shall be finished‘.

The bible states that ‘through much tribulation we enter into the kingdom of God‘.

Acts 14:22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

There you go. Maybe you don’t like to hear it. I don’t. But we have a cross to bear, lessons to learn and a discipline that can only come through ‘much tribulation‘ if we are to ‘enter into the kingdom of God‘.

This is why destruction and desolation are coming to America and worldwide. It’s the only way for God’s people to truly wake up and come to the Lord with trembling hearts, if they come to Him at all.

Olives need crushing if the oil that gives light is to flow. The carnal man, the flesh of the olive has to die, it has to be pressed and crushed in order for the hidden man of the heart, the real you, the true identity to be released. Your spirit is connected through adoption via the son. To come into our true identity in our heart, we have to come to an end of ourselves. We have to cling to the Lord like Jacob and get the blessing to truly become Israel.

Surviving what is coming is not just about having enough baked beans and a getaway plan. It’s about our heart. Without our heart functioning all our plans will fail. We need to repent. We need to turn to Him with all our heart. Don’t take these words lightly. Yeshua is calling us now!

In Court with the Dragon

Satan is the ‘accuser of the brethren’, Revelation 12:10. He is that Dragon, that venomous serpent that is before the throne of the Lord, accusing us ‘day and night’ until he is finally cast out.

Revelation 12:9-10
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Now, we have the righteousness of Messiah positionally, but we can be in the fight of our life down here because of a courtroom drama up there. Satan is accusing us ‘day and night’. And we need to set our mind on heavenly things. And we need to realise that that is where our warfare is -in the heavens.

I have just gone through a terrible ordeal with my wife Hadassah’s health. She almost died three or four times recently and God has brought a great victory. We have shared it on YouTube here, ‘My Wifes Miraculous Rescue from Death‘ (43 minutes)…

This victory is after a number of years of health struggles stemming from soul trauma because the soul affects the body. She is still processing things a month after an amazingly great victory. If she didn’t trust in Yeshua every step of the way she would have died because the source of this physical battle was spiritual and the enemy of our souls wanted to kill her a number of times. So much of that struggle down here is because of what was going on up there. Satan would not accuse us before the Lord unless there was something to gain. We need to walk in obedience with the help of the Holy Spirit.

There is a contest for our souls. Even though we are covered in the blood of Yeshua, we are still going through stuff. Satan is still accusing us and we need to know the weapons of our warfare. The reason we have spiritual weapons (and Ephesians 6 tells us so) is because this battle in our minds, hearts and life is very real. If all we want to do is be religious Satan may leave us alone for awhile, because He already has us in the bag so to speak. If we are truly born of God we need to overcome from the place where we are seated, with Christ in the heavenly places. And we need to know the legal battle that we are in. The walk of faith is very real. So let’s talk about spiritual warfare a little bit.

<Return to Table of Contents>

Spiritual Soldiers Fight

If we are truly ‘Torah Obedient’ then we will be involved in ‘Supernatural Warfare’. Some more so, some less so depending on our threat level to the enemy. Satan only leaves those alone that are no threat. ‘Religious people’ that like to judge everyone beneath them are no threat to him, only those that are awake and operating spiritually as soldiers in hostile territory. The ‘natural man’ with his ‘natural mind‘ and ‘natural thinking‘ is no threat to the darkness, ‘dead fish float downstream’. If we have battles of faith there is some hope that we are still alive in our hearts. In such cases we need to keep the fire burning on the Altar of our hearts and fight in prayer through the onslaught. Keep focused on Yeshua.

I have had periods of time where there have been few issues and other times when it is hard to hold on. I am going through hard things and big upheaval at the moment. We have just gotten over the hurdle of my wife’s health and now we face leaving Australia and I don’t want to go. But I have to. The future is very uncertain!

Spiritual Soldiers’ fight on the ‘Spiritual Battlefield’ in this real world. Our hearts get attacked with doubt and fear in situations that press us. We need to get real close to our Lord. He is the one that sustains us. His Holy Spirit is really necessary. His word is our sword. We need to proclaim his word and not flail about with fear when our world falls apart. We need the presence of God and His Spirit and His Shalom in the storm. I have seen so many so called ‘Torah Observant’ people that are all in their head and their hearts are switched off. There is not much difference between them and a Catholic or Baptist, just another creed. What unifies them is that they are asleep in the light or false light. No threat there for the enemy. Keep them sedated in their religious lala-land and leave them alone he says to himself. Satan wants to kill our heart and the love that dwells there.

Sometimes we are forced onto the battlefield. I am not ‘Mr Super Spiritual’, if it was not for my wife’s battle I would have been ignorant of a great deal that goes on in our souls and in the world above. If I had not had a few supernatural experiences with demonic forces when I first turned to the Lord 40 years ago I would have trouble believing it at all. I have seen the effect of demons being cast out and I have seen the healing that has come through repentance that goes alongside it. So I know from all these experiences and other that we are at war. Satan seeks to either eliminate or contain threats to his Kingdom of Darkness. Most are asleep. Contained until the flood of coming judgement and Tribulation. God help us to wake up! Where are our hearts?

Job believed in and followed the Lord. But he was also accused by Satan. And Satan was permitted to take away his children and destroy his goods and livelihood and then attack his body. But he was not allowed to kill him. And we are in a battle and all throughout the scriptures we see that people go through battles. Jacob went through battles. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Joseph, David, all the heroes of faith and those heroes of faith in the New Testament as well. So we are in a battle and we are to fight like soldiers because that is who we really are, every last one of us. Most are sleeping soldiers. Soldiers should be disciplined and be able to control themselves in combat. We need to be displaying the fruits of the spirit not the fruits of the flesh. A severe shaking is coming. I believe it is at the door, the ‘Tribulation‘! Sudden destruction and terror. Will we stand? I tremble.

Just as all these believers in the past were attacked by Satan, so too will the Church, the called out believers in Yeshua, in these modern times, whether ‘Torah observant’ or not. We need to be able to stand if everything falls apart around us or under us. A shaking is coming. God help us Yeshua to wake up! Everything that can be shaken will be shaken. Everything! Will we remain? God help me to fix my gaze on Yeshua and not the waves.

Justification, Starting in the Spirit but…

I am all for obeying the Lord’s commandments, Yeshua told us to do so if we love Him, John 14:15. But where do we truly stand before the Lord in our heart? Much of the nonsense we observe amongst many of those that claim to be ‘Torah Observant’ would be eliminated if we truly understood Galatians in our heart. Paul’s letter is not an argument against obeying God’s commandments, but rather, he is dealing with what we put our trust in. Do we truly live our life by faith in Yeshua and what He has done, or do we put our trust in what we do?

Galatians 3:2-4 This only would I learn of you, Received you the spirit by works of the law or by the hearing of faith? Are you so foolish having begun in the spirit, Are you now made perfect by the flesh? Have you suffered so many things in vain if it be yet in vain?

Galatians 3:11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

Justification’ means what makes us righteous. Righteousness is not obtained through sabbath keeping or law keeping. Righteousness is obtained by faith, “Abraham believed God and it was accounted to him as righteousness”, Romans 4:3, Galatians 3:6, James 2:23. Righteousness meaning being ‘justified’ is obtained simply by ‘faith’ by believing what God says. Too simple for many. What we do, including obeying commandments should be based on our love for Yeshua. We are saved to keep his commandments with the power of the Holy Spirit. If we could be saved by commandment keeping alone, then Yeshua would not have to die for us. It’s a relationship not a job.

We keep sabbath because we love God. We are justified however by faith in what Yeshua has done.

So Paul’s letter to the Galatians is not saying that law is bad but it is showing us how are we justified? We are certainly not justified by ‘works of the law’, but we keep His commandments because we love Him because of who Yeshua is and what He has done for us. However in their misplaced zeal the Galatians had begun to put confidence in what they were doing, their commandment keeping. You see how subtle the flesh is? It’s not wrong to keep the Sabbath but it is wrong to think that we are so special now that it actually justifies us. And then we begin to judge others by what we do instead of what Yeshua has done. We have jumped the fence in our hearts and we have begun to trust in ourselves and our law keeping, we have begun to put confidence in our ‘flesh’. The heart is deceitful, we need to pay attention. I am not arguing against sabbath keeping I am talking about the deceitfulness of the heart and subtlety of shifting from the right motivation to the wrong one.

Neither is Galatians telling Christians not to keep the Lord’s commandments. It is simply telling us not to put confidence in our own law keeping, but in Yeshua alone. Most Christians think Galatians is anti Law, it is not. It is just putting keeping the commandments in the correct context. We obey because we love, but we don’t put our trust in our obedience but in the one we are obeying. Our carnal nature wants to be on top by either lawlessness or legalism. Galatians is exposing both and bringing us back to the correct mindset.

I just want to repeat this to drive the point home. So if we start doing something like the Sabbath etc that God has commanded us to do, we are not actually justified by that. It doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t do it, it just means we are not justified by it. It’s a point of obedience not justification. Being justified comes first by faith, we are justified by faith. Okay? So this is not a polemic in Galatians against obeying God’s commandments. It is talking about how we are justified and what we are putting our trust in. See, some people start keeping the Sabbath for example, and that’s all well and good but then they put their trust in their Sabbath keeping or by the way that they pronounce God’s name, and then they sit as judge over everybody that doesn’t pronounce it quite the same way as they do. It’s not the new covenant. It’s not that those things are necessarily wrong, it is the fact that people base their justification in what they do and not in what Yeshua has done.

We are not justified to judge people with a condescending attitude, that is really a form of Pharisaical lawlessness. They had a measure that they judged others by, and it was their measure not the Lord’s meausre. We can judge if something is right or wrong by the word of God. But we are not commanded to judge other people. We can present the truth meekly and that’s it. Again, we are talking about the heart, do we love the people we are trying to bring truth to? If we find that we are getting overly angry and frustrated we are already in the wrong spirit. We need to pray more and talk less. ‘Are you so foolish having begun in the spirit, are you now made perfect by the flesh?’ This again is not Paul arguing against the law. It’s against what you’re putting your trust in. How you are justified? Are you ‘justified by faith’ or by ‘works of the law’? Quite simple. For some people, they just don’t get it. ‘Have you suffered so many things in vain if it be yet in vain?’ Ok I have flogged this point enough. Hopefully you understand what Paul is driving at now. He is not Lawless, he is consistently raising Yeshua to His rightful place and exposing the subtlety of the carnal nature. He is establishing the Law and putting commandment keeping in context and showing us how we are justified.

See, if Satan can’t get you through lawlessness, he will get you through legality. And so you go from being a lawless Christian, and I’m not saying all Christians are lawless, but from someone that didn’t know, say, the Sabbath or feasts, to someone that does keep them, but then through a self confidence in your own lawfulness, Satan’s got you again! We go from humble followers of Yeshua to high minded ‘Torah terrorists‘ and judges of others. This may begin simply by trying to explain why we should keep the Sabbath for example to people who don’t get it and then you become short tempered with them and frustrated and then you become a judge, their judge. Just leave people with the Lord and pray for them and if they get it they get it and if they don’t they don’t. And keep your head down and walk humbly with Yeshua.

Unfortunately in this proud and hurting generation we don’t like to be the one being hammered so we would rather take the initiative and the upper hand by judging others before they judge us. You know, it’s like that song by Simon and Garfunkel, that goes, ‘I’d rather be a hammer than a nail’. So again what tree are we grafted into? Are we really connected and abiding down here in the tree of life? Are we living in the New Covenant and abiding in Yeshua and is our heart connected to the altar of Yeshua through his sacrifice? Or are we putting our trust in our flesh, in our carnal mind and what we have done and what we know? Now, it’s all good to know things, but are we really eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil? And are we judging people as if we are gods in a place that God has not given us to judge?

Now I want to make this clear, we all make judgements all the time in life, we have to assess things and people and situations. What I am talking about is having an uncharitable and judgemental attitude towards people. Anger, bitterness and pride are indications of the wrong sort of judgement. Have we departed from the loving charitable nature of God into something more Serpent-like and venomous? Have we drifted from the New Covenant and into our fallen nature apart from the cross? We can all see when others are wrong about things, but is our attitude towards them wrong?

Have we exalted ourselves like Satan? He said to himself that “I will exalt myself above the throne of God” so says ‘halal bin Shakar’, Lucifer, son of the morning, Isaiah 14:12-14. Are we like that? Because I see the spirit of Satan and Lucifer amongst many of those that would judge others. We may even be correct but our spirit is wrong. Our assessment could be true, but do we have the selfless attitude of Yeshua towards them or the prideful attitude of Satan? I am seeing this in many folks in their comments online and I have seen it in action amongst ‘Torah Observant’ Hebrew roots folks. I know I have laboured this point. Many of those that claim to follow Torah have a nasty view of those that don’t believe exactly what they believe. There is a murderous spirit at work. This is not everyone, but it is many. It makes me sad. It hurts to see it.

…ending with Jezebel & Satan

Jezebel is very much related to pride and spiritual harlotry. It can take the form of a legalistic religious spirit like we have just mentioned or contrarily it can show itself as a manipulative, seductive and lawless spirit. It all leads ultimately to the same thing, the exaltation of the flesh, the mind of the flesh and the carnal nature and a controlling authoritarian lawlessness with lots of legalism.

So I see it also in what I call the ‘Jezebel harlot church’. And I’m not saying all Christians are Jezebel harlots, but I see harlotry and Jezebel in ‘Churchianity’. Jezebel is in the midst of the Menorah where Messiah stands. The 4th church is Thyatira, this is upon the central candlestick and Jezebel is there enabling Satan to reign over the church in it’s apostasy. We have Baal worship mixed into Christianity. We see this abundantly within Catholicism, it is manifested in a works based salvation, and a pagan Gregorian Calendar and pagan holy days and a pagan sabbath. The spirit of Jezebel is very much in the western world’s worldly compromised and lawless contemporary churches. I am generalizing here, it’s not all bad. The spirit of Jezebel also works to shut down the voice of prophecy, Jezebel killed the prophets. The Sabbath should lead to a greater understanding of prophecy since it is the only commandment about time. The Spirit of Jezebel works to bring us into idolatry and worldly compromise and to ultimately kill the sons of God. Jezebel is a manipulative control freak. In this it can be operating in any congregation including Hebrew roots ones also.

Now in pointing the finger at the church I also see Jezebel within myself. None of us like to feel helpless. We all want to feel in control. And that is where Jezebel can get in. I have got a lot of things to deal with. So sometimes those making all the judgements on others need to be a little bit more circumspect and be looking at themselves because they may be judging others in the spirit of Satan/Jezebel also. So we all can be at times just like Satan who wanted to condemn Yeshua when we see a fault in someone else but condemn them rather than correct them with kindness and real warmth and love. The fault maybe real, the judgement in that sense could be correct, but is our heart attitude towards the person like Yeshua or is it Satanic?

There is another Yeshua, actually Joshua, a Levitical priest in the book of Zechariah chapter 3 that was being condemned by Satan. And the Lord says in verse 2, “The Lord rebuke you Satan. Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?” All Satan saw was a man dressed in dirty garments. When we look at folks that don’t understand Torah or whatever, do we condemn them in our hearts? Is all we see before us is their filthy garments and moral failure and fail to see the human soul within? Are we putting our trust in our flesh and judging others like Satan?” Because they’re not doing what they should? I am not saying, don’t speak the truth, I am not saying, don’t call sin sin, I am saying is our heart right towards the person? Now, we can present the truth in love, in meekness, and that’s it. We’re not vindictive judges. We’re not little self appointed ‘gods’. We can judge things if we judge with a right heart, from the right altar, from the right tree in meekness, the tree of life.

Conclusion: What Tree?

So to recap and conclude, I am asking what tree are we eating from? What covenant are we operating in day to day? What altar are we really ministering from? What tree are we bearing fruit from? Do we hate people or love them? Do we use the law as a weapon to condemn or as a schoolmaster to bring others closer to Yeshua? Do we really have the love of God in us? You know, it’s a battle. I can be one moment sharing from the tree of life and the next minute from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Something can happen and I can react the wrong way and I can be in the flesh instead of the spirit. So we all fail in different ways. I’m not here to condemn anyone, but I’m here to ask questions and present the truth and ask you, if like me, you have judged people in the wrong spirit. Are you operating in the wrong spirit as I have often done. I have failed too, we need to be so careful.

There is a lot in my life that just grieves me and I don’t have the joy of the Lord like I should have, I am struggling to come to terms with many things as the Lord puts His finger on them. I appreciate your prayers too. We all need to pray for each other. I’m not the only one with problems and issues. We have seen a great victory recently with my wife’s health. Totally amazing. I have shared that because it will be an encouragement to you. I’m struggling myself with the Lord, with the future, with a whole lot of things. So, praise the Lord. God is with us and He will bring us through and hopefully I will be smiling soon.

This time of extremity has caused me to seek the Lord.

Timeline – The Clock is Ticking

I could have made this a separate article but I include it here because judgement could be at the door and we could be running out of time to get our hearts right. So I want to mention why we need to deal with what is in our hearts now. The Autumn feasts, Trumpets and the Day of Atonement are nearing, they prophetically tell us that judgement is coming.

The clock is ticking, we need to get our hearts right because we are in very turbulent times. Fuel could run out, shop shelves could suddenly empty, violence could erupt upon our streets. The world is gradually moving into war. You can see what’s going on in the world. ‘Wars and rumours of wars‘. Peace is gradually being removed from the earth, certainty and predictability are being replaced by uncertainty and unpredictability. Yeshua commands us in Luke to ‘watch‘.

Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Who’s watching and who is trusting in man?

‘Churchianity’ & ‘Trumpolatry’

We have a form of Churchianity in the west and America in particular that has an unholy alliance with unholy power. While in the world, we are not of it. But just like the Catholic Church had an unholy alliance with the Roman Empire, so too does the church in America have with their President. Yeshua is our head, not the president. But I see Trump worship amongst many believers in the states, and even here in Australia!!! The church should not be in bed with Babylon. There is an Antichrist spirit within this unholy alliance. Believers under this witchcraft spell cannot see what is coming. They are not ready to meet Yeshua.

I am not telling you who to vote for. I like some of the things Trump has done. Do I trust him? No! I can see him bringing in the Terminator system though the backdoor as he does some good things that Christians cheer for. We are not of this world! But the church of Jezebel is!

Biden would have been a disaster but Trump is not our saviour despite what dead false prophets like Kim Clements told many. This is a church in bed with the State. Trump cannot save, his blood cannot atone for sin. Yeshua saves because His blood redeems fallen man.

The only one that can save us is Yeshua. It’s not man. It’s not even the nation of Israel. It is God himself. It’s Yeshua, the Saviour, the Messiah. He’s the only one that can save us. He is the ‘Prince of Peace’ and nobody else. And nobody else can bring bring ‘peace’ but Yeshua, the ‘Prince of Peace’.

So, when judgement hits, it will be too late for many. It will be too late for many ‘Christians’ and others that put their trust in man, though they say that they trust in God.

I am not the judge of another man’s heart but Yeshua is. In Revelation 1 to 3 his eyes are like a ‘flame of fire’ when He looks at the seven churches, the congregation of Israel, His people. He is the jealous husband in Numbers chapter 5. If he suspects her of adultery she shall drink the bitter waters, she will bear her sin. Are we true blue, do we belong to Him? The Lord is gentle and kind and we will find rest for our souls but ‘Gentle Jesus’ will purge his house of those that do not overcome but swear falsely by His name, he will deal with the spirit of Jezebel, with those that are asleep, with those that are lukewarm. God is love, ‘Love’ is jealous, and ‘Love’ is looking for those that truly love Him. There is a ‘Bride’ and there is a ‘Whore’ and there is a shaking coming.

Now during the 4th of July Independence Day celebrations, the 250th year of American independence since 1776 (when the Illuminati was formed – this also should be a clue as to what is celebrated) there were red skies in New York. I believe God is warning us that judgement is coming, whenever that is. The pilgrims were not the only ones that came to the shores of America. Wherever Jacob is, there is Esau also. This is a world of good and evil. The Dragon has always been pursuing the woman called Zion, the ‘church of the firstborn’, the congregation of Israel. America was a project of the Illuminati all along, and as the church dropped the ball, the shadow government took over the purse strings and corrupted all the institutions of power.

There was a time when the church was strong in Europe, both Catholic and Protestant. Then much of it migrated to America and Australia and New Zealand. That’s where the 10 lost tribes of the house of Israel migrated too. That is where Esau who serves his brother also migrated to. Esau is not a camel jokey, he is white and ruddy (and there is also of remnant of Esau that trusts in the Lord and we are to love them). America has both Esau & Jacob and it is a form of Babylon. America has been a blessing to the world when her people trusted in God. But as she has turned away, especially after World War 2 she has become filled with demons, as has the rest of the world. Through her leadership and witchcraft (including pharmakea) we have the institutions of world government, the United Nations, the World Bank, the World Health organisation and their Vaccines. Banks in the USA bankrolled communism and national socialism.

The thing is, when we turn away from the Lord the Devil steps in immediately. When a house is delivered of demons and swept clean, if we open the door, if those demons return, if the nation refuses true repentance, then it becomes seven times worse. Here we are. This is what has happened to Europe and Britain, that have spurned the gospel of Yeshua and it is true for America also, but much more so. America is becoming a hold of demons, witchcraft covens are multiplying everywhere, freemasonry runs the government. There is a remnant that is awakening as the destruction of America nears. There is an exodus coming that will dwarf what happened in ancient Egypt.

The faithful city has become a harlot just like Jerusalem. America has become a form of Babylon, and the believing remnant there need deliverance from their own leaders and nation. Bible believing, Yeshua following Zion needs deliverance. Trump cannot save America. The Independence and freedom she enjoyed is ebbing away and is being replaced by a socialist / communist bureaucracy, even under Trump. They are still coming after your chickens! The same process is occurring here in Australia and New Zealand, which are like offshoots of what has become Babylon America. Australia, New Zealand and Canada are sort of like nations half way between what Britain was and what America is, for better and for worse, for richer and for poorer. We never had quite the depth of the gospel, but we are similar. But we are all falling together, all the English speaking countries are in free fall to the depths of the abyss.

The persecuted Pilgrim protestants arrived in Massachusetts seeking freedom to follow the bible and Yeshua. But there were others that intended to frame that freedom with a hidden agenda. The founding fathers of America were not Christians but deists and occultists and Freemasons, including Benjamin Franklin, and their goal was to build a new Atlantis. Well here we are. We have arrived. Over 400 years after the Pilgrims departure from Plymouth and it is soon time to leave Babylon America. Data centres are popping up everywhere and the world of the Terminator is being installed by Trump while the church of Laodicea claps and cheers. We avoided Biden but we didn’t avoid the Terminator. Now under Trump’s half hearted efforts in the middle east, the world economy is faltering and people will soon be starving as oil, the lifeblood of the world economy is rationed. War, famine and pestilence are coming, along with a new digital currency that controls you and everything you do.

The State of Israel

This is all speculation, but here are my thoughts.

I think we are going to have war and a false peace including the Abraham Accords leading to a Palestinian State. They are going to divide the land of Israel because the Lord tells us that in his word.

Joel 3:2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.

The current Jewish state of Israel is a fulfilment of Zephaniah 2:1. It was gathered in unbelief, began as a godless socialist state after the holocaust. It is a work in progress, Jews are moving away from godlessness to some sort of Judaism. There is a small but growing interest in Yeshua, but as a nation it is going to be fooled into receiving the Antichrist because they didn’t receive Yeshua. The religious elites have not repented concerning the Lord whom they have pierced. Instead they have made an occult agreement with death and hell. The Lord is going to break this agreement with Hell. I talked about this in the article ‘Timeline to Tribulation & Kingdom: Part 2 – The Abraham Accords‘. In fact the Freemasons there in Jerusalem etc and here in the west are pushing for that Agreement with Hell, described in Isaiah 28. This is the wisdom of man, without Yeshua the Messiah. In Hebrew the Kabbalist ‘Freemasons‘ are called ‘Bonim HaChofshi‘, ‘Free builders‘, they are the ‘builders‘ that reject the corner stone, Yeshua. The identity of the ‘corner stone‘ is foundational to the New Covenant. Isaiah 28:16, Psalms 118:22, Matthew 21:42, Mark 12:10, Luke 20:17, Acts 4:11, Ephesians 2:20, I Peter 2:6,I Peter 2:7. We can get a lot of Torah right but if we have the wrong ‘corner stone‘ then it is all wrong. The Antichrist will sit in the temple of God. This is both a literal rebuilt temple in Jerusalem, and then in the temple of people’s body via the mark of the beast. This is where vaccines and AI are interlinked like the Borg of Star Trek or the Cybermen of Dr Who.

Anyway this is my current timing theory. I think that the Tribulation is very near now. Events are in process, prophecy is unfolding, it’s already happening. Zephaniah 2:1-2 tells us of a nation that gathers iteself together before the fierce day of the Lord comes upon her. I believe this is the current state of Israel. I am glad for the Jewish people to have their own land again and I support them heartily. However they have not come to repentance concerning their Messiah that they collectively rejected. The next verse, Zephaniah 2:3 tells the gentiles that fear the Lord to seek him and seek humility that they may be hidden ‘in the day of the Lord’s anger‘. Now we come to Gaza which is to be forsaken in Zephaniah 2:4. This is starting to be fulfilled now. I would heed that advice. Gaza is already a ruin and no matter what they say it appears that the Tribulation is drawing very close now. The Lord is coming soon.

I have had the same prophetic scenario the last 7 years, with Covid-19 leading to the seal judgements and finally the sealing of the 144,000 and the 2nd Exodus. But dates are guesswork and I have adjusted them many times, but the sequence has remained pretty much the same. In this scenario I see the bulk of the church going through these events.

<Return to Table of Contents>

2 Sets of 7 years

The following scenario may seem strange to most, but let me open it up.

So my theory, and it’s just a theory, is that there are ‘two sets of 7 years’ in these end times. This is based on Isaiah and Genesis as I will explain. What happened in 2020 (but the biblical year began at Trumpets 2019) initiated the first set of 7 years, these are ‘7 good years’ followed by ‘7 evil years’.

2 Sets of 7 Years

I base this idea of ‘two lots of seven years’ in the ‘end times’ on what happened in Genesis where there were two sets of 7 years mentioned. Why is this important? Because Isaiah tells us that the Lord declares the ‘end from the beginning’.

Isaiah 46:10
Declaring the end <אַחֲרִ֔ית> from the beginning <רֵאשִׁית>,
and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

מַגִּיד מֵֽרֵאשִׁית אַחֲרִ֔ית וּמִקֶּ֖דֶם אֲשֶׁר לֹא־נַעֲשׂוּ אֹמֵר עֲצָתִי תָק֔וּם וְכָל־חֶפְצִ֖י אֶעֱשֶֽׂה׃

So if you want to understand the ‘end times‘ in Revelation, the ‘latter days‘ <אַחֲרִית הַיָּמִֽים> go back to the beginning, to Genesis <בְּרֵאשִׁ֖ית > which means ‘in the beginning‘. The Hebrew word for ‘beginning‘ is rashiit, רֵאשִׁית.

So let’s look at the beginning in Genesis to give us a clue as to the end times. We have two lots of 7 years mentioned twice in two different passages.

So, in Genesis, we have Jacob working for 7 years for his wife Lea and 7 years for his other wife Rachel. This pattern of two sets of 7 years totaling 14 years is duplicated in Pharaoh’s dream of 7 years of harvest and 7 years of famine to totaling 14 years. This two sets of 7 years is therefore repeated and should get our attention. Could this pattern be a template for understanding the end times?

Is what has happened since COVID-19 a warm up, to awaken the church? Has she largely missed it and gone to sleep? Before the seven evil years have we had seven good years to prepare since Trumpets 2019?

In this scenario the seals have both been opened and held back until the 144,000 are sealed as I will explain in the next section. Could it be that the ‘4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse‘ have been released but held back. Have the seals opened one year apart since then? But the damage doesn’t come until the end of the 7 good years. And that we are coming to the end of that first set of 7 good years and then everything is going to go crazy in the 7 evil years of famine. This may seem foolish talk but there are clues that this could indeed be the case, so ‘hold your horses‘ until the next section! I will support my assertions with scripture.

Let’s discuss the seals and horsemen in the scriptures for clues.

<Return to Table of Contents>

When does Tribulation judgement hit?

So according to this idea of 2 sets of 7 years, COVID-19 initiated the first set of 7 good years but gave us a taste of Antichrist tyranny. In these years the infrastructure of the beast system comes together and the current world order begins to shake itself down and be set up to be dismantled piecemeal sort of fashion through war and eventually economic collapse and famine to produce the perfect storm as the first 7 years end. In the first 7 good years, judgement comes in a very mild way, the seals have been opening but the horses are not galloping, but rather, they are walking ‘to and fro’ as Zechariah chapter 1 makes clear.

Zechariah 1:8-11
8 I saw by night, and behold a man riding upon a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that were in the bottom; and behind him were there red horses, speckled, and white.
9 Then said I, O my lord, what are these? And the angel that talked with me said unto me, I will shew thee what these be.
10 And the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, These are they whom the LORD hath sent to walk to and fro through the earth.
11 And they answered the angel of the Lord that stood among the myrtle trees, and said, We have walked to and fro through the earth, and, behold, all the earth sitteth still, and is at rest.

In order to walk ‘to and fro‘, they must be released. They are released in Revelation 6. That’s why they are seen on the earth walking ‘to and fro‘ by the prophet Zechariah. But according to Zechariah 1 the earth is still at rest, it’s still quiet, even though the red horseman is released, they haven’t done any damage at this stage. That means the full onslaught of the destruction that these horses bring has not happened. They have been released but held back somehow. However they do produce a gradual influence. They are introduced in chapter 1 but they only complete their judgement in Zechariah 6.

Zechariah 6:8 Then cried he upon me, and spake unto me, saying, Behold, these that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.

The ‘north country‘ is Babylon ‘North America‘ where the children of Israel and Judah depart from, weeping, Jeremiah 50:3-4. It is judged by another nation from the North which I believe is Russia confederate with China. Read on further in your own time.

When the red horse is released in Revelation 6 it takes ‘peace from the earth‘.

Revelation 6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

A clue to what could be happening is in the next chapter of Revelation. Now as I have said in previous articles, the ‘four horseman’ are called the ‘four spirits’ which stand before the Lord of all the earth, Zechariah 6:5.

Zechariah 6:5 And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits <אַרְבַּע רֻחוֹת> of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

The Hebrew word for ‘spirit’, ruach, also means ‘wind’. So the ‘four spirits’ are also the ‘four winds’, the arba (four) Ruachot, אַרְבַּע רֻחוֹת.

Now it tells us in Revelation 7 that the ‘four winds’ are held back until the 144,000 servants are ‘sealed’.

Revelation 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

So this could be the reason that although the seven seals have been released and thus the ‘four horsemen’ but they haven’t done their judgement yet. The ‘four horsemen‘ which are the ‘four winds’ have thus been released upon the earth but held back by the ‘four angels‘. The 4 horsemen want to do their job but they cant even though they are released on the earth because they are held back by the ‘four angels‘ instead they are merely walking ‘to and fro‘ upon the earth while they wait their time as Zechariah 1 makes clear.

Notice in Revelation 7:11 that they cannot hurt ‘any tree‘ while they are held by the four angels. This is corroborated in Zechariah 1:10-11 where the red horse rider is amongst the ‘myrtle trees‘. He is released but is not hurting the trees. The first of the trumpet judgements that follow see that a third of the trees (including myrtles) and all the green grass is being ‘burnt up’.

Revelation 8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

So just to drum it home, the horses that we read about in Revelation 6 are released upon the earth but we see in Zechariah 1 that they are now upon the earth but they have still not accomplished their mission of death and destruction until Zechariah 6. Read Zechariah 6 and compare to chapter 1 and the book of Revelation 6 to 8 for yourself.

So I believe according to this theoretical scenario, that the seals have been released but the four horseman are merely walking ‘to and fro’ and not ‘galloping’ yet. This is God’s mercy, giving us time to wake up and prepare our hearts for the shaking that is coming. They have been released but the ‘end shall come as a flood‘, Daniel 9:26. The perfect storm is coming. We are in the preparation stage of “Wars and rumours of wars” period before all ‘hell’ breaks loose. In Mercy we have been given time since COVID-19 to wake up. Yeshua is in control, and He is using the forces of Darkness to bring judgement and to enable a remnant of His people come to repentance before the 2nd Exodus. God help us. We will soon see if that scenario is correct.

So according to this 14 year scenario, at the end of the 7 good years the horsemen are finally riding at full force to destroy the world as we know it as the Antichrist rises. This is the ‘7 evil years’, the main part, we call the ‘Tribulation’ itself. And I believe we are right on the cusp of that transition. I’m not going to go into all of that now. I’m going to do another talk about that, but I believe that very soon we are going to see judgement hit our world like we have never seen! And it could be from this coming September 11th (Eve of Rosh Hashanah/Yom Teruah, Feast of Trumpets) and into October that the gears shift into overdrive! This would be 25 years or half a Jubilee since the trade towers were purposely demolished (an inside job).

Again, I have been wrong on dates before. I have had this scenario for some time, but I was hoping, even last feast of trumpets that the 144,000 would be released then, before the end of the seventh good year. I had hoped that 2nd Exodus would have already been in motion now. And before that, I had scenarios that would have it happen even earlier. So despite my knowledge, I don’t know anything for sure. I do know that whatever time we have had so far, has been the Lord’s mercy. But as I said, I see dark clouds coming.

Now I may be wrong about specifics of dates but I’m watching and I know that the Lord declares the end is from the beginning. So I just counsel you to get your heart right before the Lord while you can because we may be going into judgement, the Tribulation. Very soon! The Lord will sweeten it by a move of His Ruach HaKodesh. Glory is coming too. He will take care of us according to His riches in Glory, no matter what is in our bank account. We have to dip into our heavenly savings account. We have to look up. We cannot save ourselves. But we must listen.

<Return to Table of Contents>

Glory Coming in a Time of Darkness

We see from scripture that there is a revival occurring in a time of darkness. I have spoken about that before in previous articles. This is not a revival to save ‘Babylon America‘ or any other nation. This is a revival of the ‘Israel of God’, it is seen in Isaiah 60 and it will effect the gentiles and bring some to repentance.

Isaiah 60:1-2 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

The light is arising on the ‘Israel of God’, this includes the believers in Yeshua from the 10 lost tribes. It is then that foreigners will come to the light of Yeshua in us! This gives us a different perspective of what Yeshua said, when He said that we shall be brought before Kings for His namesake. This will entail persecution, but the Lord is setting up a trap for those who think that they rule the earth. Gentile Kings shall be humbled (and leaders of Israel complicit with them).

Matthew 10:18 And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.

Mark 13:9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.

Luke 21:12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name’s sake.

Christians in America and the western church don’t want to hear that. But there is persecution coming including being ‘beaten’. Hey wheat needs to be threshed doesn’t it? Wheat has to be beaten. Olives have to be crushed, olive oil has to be ‘beaten for light’. Do you still want to shine?

Exodus 27:20 And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring thee pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always.

The Menorah will shine, but there is a price, a beating is required. Our flesh needs to be crushed to let the oil of His Holy Spirit out so it can flow to others and allow us to shine. We have to have a soldiers attitude and endure hardness, even a good beating. So Happy days and be strong and endure with Yeshua, there is a reward.

If we only read the gospel account here, then we only have half of the story. We have to read the entire bible for context. Isaiah 60 puts what Yeshua told us here in the ‘Olivet discourse’ into context. Kings shall come to the ‘brightness of our rising’! They trap us but the Lord traps them! He is going to turn on the lights in front of them. The ‘glory of God‘ in us shall shine in a time of darkness. I would like to write an article about this, maybe my last article here in Australia. We will need the ‘wineskins‘ of our bodies to be renewed just to be able to contain the glory and the ‘new wine‘ that is coming. I want to put an article together about this coming metamorphosis of the Bride while on earth, before her rapture, it is a very big deal. God is going to put on a show before Kings and rulers. It is just like Moses and Aaron before Pharaoh. God is in control, not man! The Satanists that rule the world are not in control. Yeshua is! Yeshua is going to show off his bride and His firstfruits!

Then according to Revelation 12 it will soon be time for that ‘Shining Bride’ to run to the hills from the Dragon, just like Israel left Egypt from Pharaoh so must we leave Babylon America and elsewhere. The first set of 144,000 (Barley harvest servants) will lead them out before they are translated! The 144,000 Manchild and ‘children’ (2 sets of 144,000, Isaiah 66:7-8) shall be snatched to heaven before their return as warriors. Leading up to that time period the 144,000 firstfruits will already be morphing into their superpowers as the powers of the Holy Spirit come upon them like the old testament warrior heroes of old. But anointing shall be far greater than Sampson’s, as Psalm 118 makes clear.

If we compare Daniel 12 and Revelation 12, there is a resurrection of the wicked and the righteous coming when the Arch Angel Michael is at war for the people of Israel (us). The ‘evil dead’ are the water spewed from the Dragon’s mouth in Revelation 12. But the woman, Zion, (the church of the firstborn which is the congregation of Israel) escapes on the ‘wings of eagles‘, just like Israel left Egypt, just like Isaiah 40:31 states. This is the 2nd exodus, that precedes the rapture of the Bride. She escapes to the wilderness, just like ancient Egypt did. We are not going to the state of Israel, but to the wilderness. Those believing Jews in the earthly Jerusalem will meet us in the wilderness. How do we get there? Partly by foot, or by boat or by the assistance of angels, just like Lot leaving Sodom! Just like what Yeshua stated in the gospels. We don’t want to be like Lot and try to be close to the cities of destruction. We don’t want to be like Lot’s wife who turned back. We don’t want to be like those that want to preserve their life when it is time to run for our life, no matter what provisions we can take or leave behind. We must heed the call.

Luke 17:33-36
33 “Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.”
34 “I tell you, in that night there shall be two men <men is not in Greek> in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.”
35 “Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.”
36 “Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.”

This is a global event, because some of the activities mentioned above and during the day and others occur during the night. The context tells us that those that are taken are rescued because in that same chapter of Luke 17 Yeshua reminds us about both Noah and Lot who were both saved, out of that generation by being lifted out of it.

At another stage the angels are used to gather the wicked into bundles for burning, the chaff.

Most Christians don’t want to hear this sort of thing. I know it is difficult to swallow for many but ‘before the rapture’ comes to the bulk of the ‘church’ there will be a ‘rupture’ and ‘decisions to make’, just like Noah and Lot! And there will be a culling of many. Many shall die beforehand.

So this is before the ‘rapture of the bride’. Because when she is wedded to Yeshua she must be like Him. She must be ‘without spot and wrinkle’!

Ephesians 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

She must be raised in her eternal body. Before she does so though, she will already begin to shine, like Moses did when he came down the mountain. The Torah is prophecy! Moses was shining, but still in his mortal body, so shall it be for the bride before she runs from the Dragon to the wilderness. I bet your pastor didn’t tell you that at church! You certainly didn’t learn it at Sunday school. But it’s in your bibles.

Whatever the exact time-frame, and I have been wrong on date details before, we need to use our time wisely to seek the Lord and get our hearts into alignment.

Personally I know that I need to get my heart right before the Lord and seek Him while He may be found. For many, when judgement comes it is too late! For others they get their garments cleaned but the personal cost is high because they refused to listen earlier when Yeshua called. Death and Darkness is coming along with Glory to the righteous. We shine in a time of darkness, Isaiah 60:1-2.

2nd Exodus Commences in the 7 Evil Years

I didn’t want it to be this way I assure you.

Now I won’t go through all of the slides I prepared in my presentation but I just want to let you know that the reason that I have laboured to talk about ‘judging in the Spirit of Satan’, is because the Tribulation is coming and many that are caught in this sin will go through hell on earth if they are saved at all or survive at all. If people persist in this sin, they will be part of the whore not the bride. The verdicts in the courts of heaven in our lives are coming to a conclusion. The judgements that will be meted out begin in God’s House with His people. Are we ready? Am I ready? I know it’s at the door.

The dates are conjecture. It could be that these events happen in a later year like trumpets 2029 for example. There were 3.5 years without rain in the days of Elijah which could mean that there is a gap of 3.5 years between the release of the 4 horsemen and so on and the 2nd Exodus. There were 7 years of famine in the days of Elisha. How all the details fit together exactly we shall find out. The trumpet judgements follow the seals but the Lord could stretch them out if He wants.

What I do see is the possibility for ‘sudden destruction‘ coming as the Tribulation begins. World War and killing, famine, pestilence and disasters on a scale never seen before. I believe this will ramp up also. The Antichrist shall rise as we enter that time. Many prophecy students think that they can see each horseman and judgement progress in a linear fashion, but if they have all been released and then suddenly are given the the ‘go-ahead‘ all at once then we are going to be reeling in confusion as wave upon wave of judgement hits all at once but also all mixed up together. This is what 2nd Baruch tells us, all the judgements mix together. In this prophecy the judgements are divided into 12 parts.

2 Baruch 27:1-15 & 28:1

27.1 And he answered and said to me:
“That time is divided into twelve parts,
and each part is reserved for its appointed task:
2 “In the first part,
there shall be the beginning of commotions.
3 “And in the second part:
the slaughtering of the great.
4 “And in the third part: the fall of many into death.
5 “And in the fourth part: the sending of the sword.
6 “And in the fifth part: famine and the withholding of rain.
7 “And in the sixth part: […]
8 [“And in the seventh part:] earthquakes and terrors.1
9 “And in the eighth part: a multitude of phantoms and the attacks of demons.
10 “And in the ninth part: the fall of fire.
11 “And in the tenth part: rape and much oppression.
12 “And in the eleventh part: injustice and unchastity.
13 “And in the twelfth part: disorder arising from a conglomeration of everything which has been previously mentioned.
14 “For these parts of that time are reserved,
and will be mixed, one with another,
and they will minister to each other.
15 For some of these parts will withhold a portion of themselves while taking from others, and some will accomplish their own portion as well as that of others; hence, those who live on earth in those days will not understand that this is the end of times.
28.1 But at that time, whoever understands will be wise. 2 For the measure and the calculation of that time is two parts a week of seven weeks.”

If judgements are mixed together and people are starving and confusion and fear is everywhere then people are more easily manipulated. If believers don’t know what is going on and don’t know their Bible or their God or the voice of the Holy Spirit then they are more likely to be so desperate that they will gladly accept an authoritative voice. If someone rises up with power, certainty, calmness and command then people will listen. Through this time of chaos and destruction the Antichrist arises as Mr Fix it. Hitler rose to power after Germany was decimated by inflation and debt. He came as their saviour and the strength of Germany was used to destroy many, before she too fell. The perfect storm is coming. We can only survive by the grace of God.

There also has to be time for the Antichrist to rise to power before the 2nd Exodus and our gathering to the Lord, II Thessalonians 2:3. How long between the opening of the 7th seal and the trumpet judgements and the 2nd Exodus? I thought it would be straight afterwards. If we have had delays already, perhaps we have more delays? But the 2nd Exodus is coming and our gathering to the Lord, but the exact timing is tricky. Certainly it is clear that judgement precedes the 2nd Exodus in Revelation 12. As I understand it, the 2nd Exodus happens after the remnant of Zion (remnant Church) gets the glory of the new wineskins of a revamped but still mortal body but before the church is raised in Glory via receiving our immortal bodies via what Christians call the ‘rapture’. Only 1 of the 7 churches was promised to be kept from the our of testing. A trial of our faith is coming.

Tick-tock, tick-tock, the ‘clock is ticking‘ and we’re going to be leaving soon. Leaving our nations or leaving this world. So, God is good and He is faithful and true. Because He is love He is bringing judgement through the greatest shake-up the world has ever seen to bring us to our knees and save what can be saved.

So I believe that we are coming into a time of ‘wars and rumours of wars’. The Red horse of war and killing and the black horse of economic stagnation, along with a dictatorial white horse of the World Health Organisation and enforced vaccinations in a time of massive pestilences is coming. Add to this the fourth horse of hell and death and you get the picture. The time to prepare is here. And it’s more than having a extra can of baked beans or a homestead and a gun (and there is nothing wrong with that). We need to know our God and be walking closely with Him.

I think we’re already in a gradually increasing judgement worldwide, its heating up, and soon others will get it too, that we are in that time of the end. Will we panic and betray one another to the authorities? Or will we chose to love even if it means not being loved, even if it means death? Will we chose affliction rather than to afflict?

Soon the earth is physically going to start to shake with earthquakes and tsunamis as the birth pangs increase. I had hoped that God would release 144,000 before that time of tribulation and it’s looking like more and more it’s coming to a ‘crunch’ where mayhem just starts to unfurl all at once as we enter this final 7 year period.

So however it develops I believe that we are coming into a time of shaking of ‘wars and rumours of wars’, ‘pestilence’, ‘earthquakes in diverse places’ just like in the ‘Olivet Discourse‘ and then the 144,000 are going to be raised just before the travail comes upon the woman Zion, which is the Church (Congregation) of the Firstborn. And again, as I said before, I’ve been looking at this for a number years, well for seven years really, and I’m wondering if it’s about to come to pass. Whether it does or not, we will know soon but we need to use our time wisely.

I believe as judgements come down upon the earth, the Lord is preparing a wedding in heaven. And I do believe in ‘raptures’ plural. But I do believe that the bulk of the church is going to go through tribulation and they won’t be raptured because they are not ready. Only one of the seven churches was promised to be taken out of that time of trial and that’s Philadelphia. I don’t want to ‘rain on people’s parades’. I don’t want to say when the rapture is going to happen, or not happen, but I do believe that the raptures are related to the three times the men are to appear before the Lord, Deuteronomy 16:16, during the Feasts of Unleavened Bread, Pentecost and Tabernacles. So, we will see. I believe the dragon will soon fall, the great accuser of the brethren, Satan. And when that happens, woe to the inhabitants of the earth. So, how much time is between all these events? We will find out. I know roughly the order of things, but I don’t know when. And I may not know the order of things completely, but I’m watching. So, I hope that you use the time wisely to draw close to the Lord because He is coming soon. So, God bless and shalom. That’s all for now.

May the Lord bless you and keep the keep you.
May the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you. May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace. Shalom.

And my wife and I give that blessing to each other at night before we go to bed. So we are here to bless, not curse. We are here as ‘ministers of reconciliation’, not wrath. We are here to present the truth in meekness, not with anger and malice and trying and trying to prove things to be right. We can present truth, but we need to guard our hearts. And so that is the essence of today’s talk. I hope it’s a blessing to someone out there.

The current state of Israel is a regathering in unbelief, but a portion of the House of Judah (the Jews) there will believe. God is resuscitating them. But many will follow the Antichrist when he comes. Yeshua told us in advance. We ought to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. But we need to have our eyes on where we come from spiritually because we are not of this world. We are citizens of the Heavenly Jerusalem, Hebrews 12, the earthly Jerusalem is still in bondage with her children.

Galatians 4:25-27
For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all. For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.

Down here we have no continuing city, until Yeshua returns.

Hebrews 13:14 For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.

The true bride will wait for her groom.

I want to leave a word of comfort. It is not about the ‘state of Israel‘, but the ‘Israel of God‘. As soon as judgement hits God will raise up the 144,000 and the true born again nation of Israel will come into being (and then she heads to the wilderness for 3.5 years). There are 3 groups mentioned below that are birthed from their mother Zion.

  1. Manchild (144,000 Barley harvest workers, Revelation 7)
  2. Children (literal supernatural children of the wheat harvest, 144,000, Revelation 14)
  3. The born again nation of Israel born in one day, (not the ‘state of Israel‘).

Isaiah 66:7-8
7 Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child.
8 Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.

The first group, ‘man child‘ are raised just before the travail, The second group, the ‘children‘ are raised as soon as the birthpangs come. The ‘nation‘ comes last and get’s itself together in the Wilderness just like the first exodus from Egypt. The one giving birth is the heavenly Jerusalem, mt Zion, the mother of all that believe in Yeshua.

Trust in the Lord Yeshua. Every thing is under control. Keep your eyes on Him.

A Word to Pastors

There are leaders that listen, there are sheep that hear. But they are getting fewer. The Lord does have a ‘remnant‘. Maybe its now just down to a ‘rem‘.

I heard that 50% of Pastors in America now derive their Sermons from AI. What an indictment. We have been given the bible from Genesis to Revelation and the Holy Spirit. And we have ‘paid entertainers‘ and ‘child minders‘ called ‘Pastors‘ (not all but at least 50%) whose ‘spiritual tanks‘ are ‘running on empty‘. But I thought that Yeshua is the well of living water? Sure is, but they sure aren’t drawing from it! What God said of old to Israel sadly applies to the church of Laodicea.

Isaiah 29:13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

Pastors need an AI robot to preach the gospel, can you believe it? Pathetic, what a poor counterfeit. Like a robot or a tin can, many pastors and their flocks are hollow inside. Nobody home. Just chasing money and bums on seats. But the next verse tells us what happens, their ‘wisdom‘ will perish. The wisdom of God escapes the blind guides and their blind followers. Welcome to 21st Century church. I know that there are exceptions, but they are few (but exceptional).

Isaiah 29:14 Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

Isn’t that the situation we are at -the church is led by ‘paid hirelings‘ that are ‘running on empty‘? Yes indeed and the Lord will spew them out of His mouth. Eventually they will be trampled on the street, they have lost their salt. They will not stand to represent Yeshua much longer. And their congregations, if they are to survive at all, will have to get ‘gold tried in the fire‘. They will go through the tribulation their pastor never told them about. Welcome to the wheat harvest.

Meanwhile those that know what is happening, that know the Lord and His Word, are pushed to the edge of the desert. Well that is where the Bride is going soon anyway. And these ‘idle shepherds‘ shall push her out in the blindness of their ‘Laodicean hearts‘.

In contrast I never run out of stuff to talk about. How can I? The Torah and the prophets, the New Testament writings, the entire bible is brimming with truth. The Holy Spirit is my teacher. Yeshua’s sheep hear His voice. I could talk forever. With God’s word I have struck gold, I have struck oil, the mother load. What will happen if the Baptism of the Holy Spirit comes? Gifts? Yes, but more than that, life from the dead and Eternal life at that! I could talk forever, but I need to listen more too!

Here is some good news if you continue to read that passage in Isaiah, which is about now…

Isaiah 29:19 The meek also shall increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

Being ‘poor‘ and ‘meek‘ is not such a bad thing if God is your Father. Thank you Lord! Thank you for Yeshua who makes it all possible. The Lamb of God, the ‘LORDיהוה, the ‘Holy One of Israel‘.

God bless you all forever and ever. I am looking forward to meeting you all. Goodbye for now.

Shalom in Yeshua

Addendum

<Transcript from Video, with some additions>

It’s a few days after doing this recording and I’m out in the sun, the Queensland sun, in Australia with the dog. We’re going for a walk right now along a sandy road. It’s very lovely, very nice and it’s middle of winter and it’s warm, so, welcome to the tropics of Far North Queensland, Australia.

If you have been hurt, no, let me start again. If you have found yourself spitting venom everywhere, full of anger at everyone and everything that is wrong all around you. You may have been bitten by a religious serpent. Now, as I’ve said, you may be right, you may be wrong about what you think you are right about, I’m not going there. It’s not about that. It’s about our heart.

And you know, I’ve been so hurt and bent out of shape with so much that worship died. But I’ve been singing to the Lord yesterday and I started to cry a little bit while I was walking. And I just started out with some of the songs that I learned years ago when I first got saved. That was way back in 1986 when I was 18. So it’s 40 years later, over 40 years later. And here I am back where I started. It’s like being born again -again. So sometimes we need a new beginning and thankfully my heart is still alive because I can still feel. So seek the Lord while he may be found.

Our life is a contest and there are so many things that come against us to break our heart and cause love to grow cold. The stakes are high. And we need to seek the Lord and not give up. You know, my heart’s still crushed over many things. And there are many things that I find hard to trust the Lord with because I have gone and said “well, here I am at 58, soon to be 59 and life has just passed me by and all my dreams are crushed”.

But after the fire in my heart begins to die down (due to many hurts), my love begins to grow cold. Now what we need to do is keep seeking the presence of the Lord and allow the Holy Spirit to heal our hurt. But we cannot be healed unless we take our hurt to Him. It is a sacrifice. But the Lord is in that holy place. He will lift us up. But if we don’t bring our hurts to Him, then they pile up. Then our heart will try to find life somewhere else. After going astray a little from the Lord and finding the works of the flesh starting to rise up, all I can do is sing like David sang. And there is that Keith Green song that I started singing. And then that led into other songs. And that song is;

“Create in me a clean heart, oh God,
and renew a right spirit within me.
Create in me a clean heart, oh God,
and renew a right spirit within me.
Cast me not away from your presence, oh Lord.
Take not your holy spirit from me.Goodbye.

Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation
and renew a right spirit within me.”

And as I was singing that yesterday, it led into other songs. We don’t overcome the ‘works of the flesh’ through willpower, that is legalism. The fires of lust and anger and bitterness are subdued by a greater fire, by coming into the light. This is a process. We need to seek the presence of our God and Father again.

Prayer

Father, I thank you that you’re my father and I pray, Father, to come home to your house. I’ve been a long way from home and I pray that you would cause my heart to live and I just want to pray for those if there’s anyone out there that is spitting venom and is hurting inside and is bitter and twisted. I pray, Father God, that you would reach their heart today and bless them with Yeshua, with salvation, for it’s all about you, Yeshua. You’re the saviour. I got a plane going up above me. And I just pray, Father God, that you would cause us to reach the heavens in our heart because the kingdom of God is within us. and help us to find you there. Bashim Yeshua HaMashiach. In the name of Yeshua, the Messiah. Amen.

Blessings in Yeshua’s

Rory
