Esau’s not finished until the Most Holy is Anointed
The New Testament (New Covenant) has come, but not in it’s fullness. Yeshua has purchased us by His blood. The New Covenant has begun, we have had the early rain, but not the latter rain. The New Covenant is defined in Jeremiah 31:31 and it states that YHVH will write the Torah on our hearts and the House of Israel and the House of Judah will never depart from him again because he will remember our sin no more. This is not the case right now. God is gathering a people for his name from Jews and Gentiles one in Messiah Yeshua. We are positionally holy but we still sin. Our personal Sanctification is a work in progress. We still have a sinful flesh to deal with and crucify (Romans 8:13). That is, we need to put to death any act that is against the Law of God, the Torah, for sin is transgression of the Law (I John 3:4).
The totality of the New Testament will come during a future Yom Kippur when the most holy is anointed (on earth). This is when the Messiah will suddenly come to his temple. He came the first time to Herod’s temple as the suffering Servant, the ‘Son of Joseph’ so to speak. He will come again as the Messiah, ‘Son of David’, the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Then the atonement of the New Covenant (Jeremiah 31:31) will come in its fullness. This then opens the door to the final feast Tabernacles / Sukkot which represents the millennial reign of Yeshua HaMashiach for 1000 years which is a Shabbat (Sabbath). For one day is as 1000 years. After this the New Heavens and New Earth and the Heavenly Jerusalem comes down (Revelatin 21:10). Before this sweet thing there are some bitter pills to swallow but there will come a time when the New Covenant comes in its fullness with the Anointing of the most holy.

Daniel 9:24
Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
It is an interesting term, anoint the most holy, קֹדשׁ קדשׁים, Kodesh Kodeshim. Because you would think that it most likely refers to anointing the Ark of the covenant in the Holy of Holies, Kodesh Kadashim, of the future temple.
However if we read Exodus 40:10 we note that the once inaugurated the burnt Altar becomes most holy;

Indeed the time of Jacob’s trouble, the future 7 year tribulation is what causes Jacob’s descendants to finally grow up. In the book of Revelation chapter 12 we read of a woman clothed with the Sun, standing on the moon with the 12 stars about her head. This is related to Joseph’s vision in Genesis and of the conflict between the seed of the woman and the Seed of the Serpent in Genesis 3. It is then that the seed of the Woman in Revelation chapter 12 can stand up to the Red dragon and crush his Head The victory right was purchased at the Cross at passover but it will be claimed at Yom Kippur midway through the tribulation. The Red dragon will be cast out of Heaven at that time.
By the way, the word red in Hebrew is the word EDOM! which is Leviathan and Satan. Leviathan is mentioned in a number of places in scripture including, Job 41:1, Psalm 74:14, 104:26, Isaiah 27:1. It is interesting that it is mentioned by the Lord at the end of Jobs trials. Job begins with Satan appearing before the Lord and accusing (what else does an accuser do!). The references to Behemoth and Leviathan don’t just refer to physical dinosaurs but also to Satan the Nachish’s spiritual descendants. The masculine is personified by Behemoth while the Feminine by Leviathan. This is a big study so I wont digress too much here Suffice to say that Satan’s descendants are both in Heaven (Wicked angels) and on Earth (rebellious nations, wicked people, Nephilim, and demons – wicked disembodied spirits). The dragon (the accuser of the brethren Satan) drags a third of the angels down with him when he falls. They are wicked like himself. This is Leviathan.
The difference between Levi and this Leviathan is that this Leviathan is a twisted serpent, a crooked Seraph Cherub. A Crooked fallen priest. Even though there has been some wicked Levites like Korah or those that plotted Yeshua’s death, Levi is straight. In the last days the sons of Zadock, descendants of Aaron through Eleazar will be commended by our Lord and Saviour Yeshua for their fielty to him even while the house of Israel departs from him.
The battle between Satan and Yeshua HaMashiach centres on the temple in Jerusalem. Likewise Levi and the House of Aaron is right in the middle of the titanic struggle between the earthly seedlines of Edom and the House of David. But more on this a some later date.
This red dragon persecutes the woman with the 12 stars about her head, she is believing Israel in the wilderness in the tribulation, cast out there by unbelieving Israel. The 7 headed Edom (Red) dragon which is Satan seeks to eat her child. Many Christians think this only refers to the Messiah himself but it doesn’t just speak of him. In fact the dragon here in Revelation chapter 12 is cast out of Heaven during a Heavenly battle with Michael and his angels during the middle of the tribulation. The dragon and his Angels are cast to the earth!!!!
It is very interesting that when Esau sold his birth right to Jacob it was for a bowl of stew. And in Hebrew the word for the red stew / pottage is (HaAdom HaAdom), literally ‘the Adam the Adam’.
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר עֵשָׂ֜ו אֶֽל־יַעֲקֹ֗ב הַלְעִיטֵ֤נִי נָא֙ מִנ־הָאָדֹ֤ם הָאָדֹם֙ הַזֶּ֔ה כִּ֥י עָיֵ֖ף אָנֹ֑כִי עַל־כֵּ֥ן קָרָֽא־שְׁמֹ֖ו אֱדֹֽום׃
Genesis 25:30
And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom.
Now we know that Jacob, or more particularly Israel is Adam (Isaiah 43:7). And symbolically you could say Esau sold his birthright to eat Israel! The fact that the word HaAdam is repeated could allude to both the House of Judah and the House of Israel, or the image of God male and female. We have in Revelation chapter 12 the Red Dragon wanting to eat the mother and her son. He gets neither. But goes after the remnant of her seed amongst the nations, those that keep the Word of God and the Testimony of Yeshua.
So Edom is a bit of a Cannibal vampire dragon thing at the end of the book. No wonder God says to Israel to at least blot out the remembrance of Amalek, Esau’s worst son, a true son of hell. If Edom is a goat then surely Amalek is a serpent. And Israel has a score to settle there because Amalek is still alive.
